They can not find a job. So what happens? They can not make the college scene and to add to that they spend the rest of their lives in and out of dead end jobs. Where does the circle stop?

    A few industries still provide opportunities for less-educate Black men, mostly wholesale and retail outlets. The construction industry is even out of reach for most under-educated black men.
