Customer Service in Auto Detailing Discussed
The business of automotive detailing is alive and well and there is no doubt about that. Americans love their cars and some more than their own kids or family. Generally one’s car is the second largest investment they will make and they will wish to keep it up and protect it. What a better way than to protect the paint and have it professionally cleaned and detailed? Well as a retired businessman of 27 years in the industry that works for me and I am perfectly okay with that concept and have learned a lot about customer service.Cus

The Two Most Powerful Words in Business
There’s a series of television commercials currently running for a bank rewards program. It features people who find an unusual way to get out of awkward situations. My favorite is the one where a man and woman are sitting in a fine restaurant when the lady brings up “the talk.” Ladies, you know the one, the “where is this relationship going” speech. The woman in the commercial comes right to the point, “When are we getting married?”The poor guy gets the “deer in the headlights” look on his face and says of the first thing th
Sam owned a barber shop in the USA which had been successful for many years but one day another Barber Shop opened up across the street. Sam was confident that he would still continue to do great business as he offered superior service and haircuts.

One day as Sam looked across the street he saw a sign their sign that read "$6 Haircuts". Sam thought to himself how on earth am I going to compete with that price without lowering my standard of service? Sam went home and thought long and hard about this. The next day he put out his own sign, it read "We fix $6 Haircuts".

The moral to this story is that you can always find someone cheaper to build your website, but you will find that you will always end up having to pay more for it when someone else has to fix it up!

Many of the websites we have designed have been like "fixing up $6 haircuts". Websites that have been poorly put together, hard to make changes, look terrible on the eye, are not search engine friendly and do not create a favorable first impression.

    Change Behaviors, Change Performance
Every organization is looking for the holy grail of performance enhancement, that one thing that, if it were changed even slightly, would push the productivity of a company way beyond the current level.Over the years there have been many solutions offered to the performance conundrum, from process improvement and process re-engineering to rightsizing and quality initiatives. All of which have had varying levels of success. One area that is perhaps overlooked when organizations undertake productivity and process improvement pr

Free Web Directories Increase Both Traffic And Profit
Perhaps many of you are wondering what the best solution to increasing traffic and profitability is. Well, my first and only option would be using a web directory. Not sure what this means? Imagine a very well organized place where you can find all sort of information, which is divided into several categories. Therefore, should you decide to submit your website to directories, you will be on the right way to boosting up your profit, your web traffic, as well as the search engine ranking that your website gets. There are many reasons

    Macintosh: Apples for Businessmen
There is something oddly intimate about the relationship between consumers and their iPods. In fact, it is easy to say there is something oddly intimate about Mac users and their Macs in general. For years Mac has presented itself as a niche for creatives. Perhaps after the mainstreaming of iPods and iTunes it is time for Mac to move on and show the computer market what it is made of. We at Stealing Share argue that Mac is made up of a lot more than creativity, superior art programs, and amazing product/packaging design. Mac is made of bu

I usually get straight to the point when it comes down to website design. In this article I will be no different. I have seen some awful sites in the last 10 years. The biggest problem is that I am seeing them more and more regularly as time goes on with all this "build your own website from home" software.

One of the most difficult jobs I find is trying to tell people in a diplomatic way that their website looks bad. Now of course my opinion is only one and if they have been fed by others that their website is fine then it can become more difficult in either convincing them otherwise.

Image is Everything Doing business on the Internet is no different than doing business in "real life" Image is Everything! Don't allow your website to make an unfavorable first impression!

It is no longer simply good enough to have a website. Your website must capture the visitor's attention, have new information, and engage the visitor, or as quickly as they came they will be off to your competitor's website.
