The very fact you are passing on emails from one account to another may trigger a 'not spam' result from the filter, thus letting all the spam all the way through the pipeline. That's what I would expect, but it's not what I observed in my testing. So for now at least, this is a solution that will go a long way to taking care of your spam problems.
