You cannot fool it by giving it useless information at the beginning of your page: it will find you out.

There is nothing to stop you from using a keyword meta tag in your html, but keyword tags are necessary and more or less redundant. If you want your webpage to be listed high in the index for a specific search term, write naturally. Do not artificially use keywords and the spiders will love you for it.
