Who Would You Rather Buy From?
If you are in sales then who would you rather buy from? The amateur with a reputation for doing what he says he will do and integrity or the professional who dresses nice, is new to the scene and uses all the right phrases, psychological tactics and buzz words? Well if you are like most people you would rather do business with the down to Earth person, but at the same time you also realize that you mind has been trained to do bu

When Good Employees Go Bad - Maslow's Ladder
When a good employee starts performing poorly, it may be something outside the workplace that is causing his performance to suffer. Is his marriage in trouble? Does he have crushing debt? Did a parent recently die? You will learn this only if you talk directly to the employee. If you are respected and trusted, he should have no trouble confiding in you.An excellent guide to diagnose the behavior of the employee is Ma
Do you know why you have a low adsense income? Think about it for a few seconds. I'm going to try and shed some more light on that in a moment. But first, I want to welcome you to part 3 of my free guide to help you turbo-charge your adsense income, and help you have continued long-term success in creating the kind of adsense income you truly desire.

Today I want to focus on the third point in my four corner adsense income formula - Ads!

So I asked you why you had little success with building a high adsense income. Well the answer is this:

Stop thinking of your ads as being ads!

This is crazy, out-of-the-box thinking, but it is the first step you need to take to see an increase in your ad click-thru. But be careful, you don't want to spread this around too much, and have everyone else stealing your adsense income from you.

Take a moment to ponder this. Imagine you are actually surfing the internet yourself, for fun, not seeking a higher adsense income, and you see something flashing at you, looking like an ad. What do you do?

    a) Fly over to click on the ad because you just love adverts

    b) Chuckle like a madman at the prospect of being taken away from

    the interesting content you're reading

    c) Ignore it saying to yourself "that's an ad"

You see where I'm going with this then. Every person on this planet is sick of adverts. In your face. Everywhere you go! This is where you need to be creative to increase your adsense income.

You need to make your ads not look like ads, and instead more like useful bites of relevant information just sprinkled between your website content. Simple, eh?

Yes actually. In order to achieve this income boosting status, I'll give away a few tricks that I learned from Michael Cheney's Adsense Income Videos (if you want more than these free tricks, check out my link at the bottom of this article) but here's the free stuff now:

    • Never use the standard Google colour scheme. It screams "I'm an ad, run away". Instead blend the background colour with the same as your site's background colour; this will increase your adsense income.
    • Try to match your ads text, and link colour with your site's text and link colour, this will also help your adsense income.
    • Try placing your ads in the middle of your page, where the content is. For maximum adsense income, blend ads in between paragraphs, remembering to keep text colours the same.
    • Don't put a border around your ads. Bad for adsense income.
    • In short, make your super adsense income ads "move under the radar". Make them the opposite of standard ads - namely bright, loud, garish, and annoying. If your ads were music, they'd be jazz. Classy, and sophisticated, as if they couldn't care less if they get clicked or not.

    Prophesying Profit in CyberSpace . . .
Many business owners rushed into creating Web sites, perhaps because "my competition has one", or because "it's the hot thing right now". Often, these sites are little more than online brochures - and maybe that's all you really need. But have you really considered whether you're making the most of the online opportunities that exist? As with any aspect of your business, some preliminary thinking will help to m

Salary negotiating is an important topic that must be addressed prior to your initial interview with a prospective employer. Blogging, Negativity and Incivility
Social scientists, socioeconomists, and social psychologists are increasingly pointing to the fact that the social mood in the United States, and across the world’s culture and civilization is turning bad and that overall social mood is going to get a lot worse before improving. Research graphs and diagrams, such as the Elliot Wave Principle, underscore the finding that there is a natural ebb and flow of social mood (positive vs
