Get Paid A Lot For What You Got
Tired of your clients trying to bring down your fee? Dump the nickel-and-dimers and sell to the people who value what you have to offer!Of course you deliver great service, or you have a great product. But have you fallen into the trap of under pricing your services just to get some revenue coming in? Unfortunately this can trap you into a survival cycle that is very difficult to

    It's the Business Stupid
Bill Clinton's campaign headquarters was adorned with the words, "It's the economy stupid!" James Carville, Bill Clinton's political strategist in the 1992 election, placed a sign over his desk in the Little Rock headquarters: 'It's the economy, Stupid!' For a campaigner fixed on a need for a central theme, the sign encapsulated a pointed response to the question 'What is the camp
On any given day I am constantly digging for the latest and greatest information on Google as it relates to search engine marketing, specifically search engine advertising (aka “pay-per-click” or “ppc” advertising), and other related industry news. During the course of doing this, every now and again I click the sponsored links. It never ceases to amaze me just how many businesses try to navigate the uncharted waters of a pay-per-click advertising campaign themselves. I applaud their efforts however in most cases, they have no clue what they are doing. Case in point: you click on an ad that advertises a specific product and you are taken directly to the homepage of the advertiser’s website. I don’t know about you but to me (as a consumer looking for something), that’s irritating.

Retail Marketing And Working With Center Management - Friend or Foe
Big Risks As a retailer we take on big risks when we enter into the domain of large national shopping center conglomerates, or even a smaller independent mall, and establish our businesses within the confines of their domain.Whether we are an independent, a franchise, or part of a chain, every shop requires an enormous injection of capital, risk, apprehension and anxiet

Developing a Marketing Plan for Your Small Business
Going into business for you can be both an exciting and scary proposition. The idea of making money doing something that you know and love can be overshadowed by all the business aspects that need to be tended to. One such aspect is developing a marketing plan.A marketing plan is essential for several reasons; the most important being that without a

    Thanks For Your Persistence!
Usually, customers don’t bother to thank us for selling them something. They believe we’ll receive our rewards in the form of commissions and bonuses and occasional pats on the back from sales managers.More to the point, customers don’t stop to remark about how deftly we dispatched one of their objections, or how powerfully we closed them, leaving no choice but to say, “Yes!”y to the homepage of the advertiser’s website. Rule number 1 of pay-per-click advertising: Never have your text ad pointing directly to the homepage of your website especially if you are trying to sell something. Only in very (and I mean very) rare cases would you do this. When someone clicks on your ad, you want them to be taken to one of two places. Either a precise landing page that was created specifically for the product or service you are promoting with a link to your website OR to a specific page on your website, pointing them again in the direction of the specific product or service your text ad was promoting. But NEVER take them to the main homepage of your site! Rather than focusing on what makes sen
