They're interested in writing and sites and products having to do with writing. Probably most of my marketing list people don't care about ADD. So, I'm aware of that and I treat them with respect.

Once in a while, there will be cross-over. That's great! But it's very rare. Make the messages that you send to your list appropriate to their mindset, if you don't want people to unsubscribe.

Your list is your most important asset. Build it smart and targeted, and you'll always come out ahead.
