    Finding the Appropriate Team
    You must be able to define the ultimate goals and find the holes before you can look for team members to fill the void. Without this definition of where you want to go and what additional services you want to provide, there is not point in adding Power Team members. Establishing the ground rules first and then seeking "partners" is the best route to take. One of the biggest questions that come to mind is where to look for your team members.     3 Things You Need To Learn As An Affiliate
    I would do these in this order. Learn how to build a web site. The advantages of this are numerous. You can get somebody to build a web site for you, but if you do that you will not understand how it functions. This only becomes a problem when things go wrong and trust me they will. Knowing this can be very helpful especially when you nee to make quick changes or test different aspects of your site. Developing your own website also gives you the understanding of how the web works. Then you can develop your web pages to get good search engine rankings.

    - buy an ezine ad

    - do a thank you exchange

    - raise your daily limits for a campaign that's successful

    A few of my own examples:

    - automate something

    - add a new FAQ and answer to your site

    - turn off your email software during your 'working hours' or at least for a while

    - same for IC software

    - set aside a limited time for your general email reading/answering

    - unsubscribe from a newsletter that you're no longer reading or finding helpful
