    Branding Using Joint Ventures
A long time ago I heard the story about a man whose daughter told him there were ripe apples on the tree in their yard. He went out with an axe and a bucket, picked the five apples that were ripe and put them in the bucket. Then he chopped down the tree, laden with green apples. He couldn’t wait for them to ripen. We need to continually brand ourselves so that when prospective customers “ripen”, you’re their natural choice – top of mind. We want to position ourselves in their mind by creating a category and then owning it.We know that advertising works very much better when you’re well branded. You get a much better ROI for marketing and advertising when people recognize you. How do you know how well you’re branded? I look at my site on Alexa.com, I Google Robin J. Elliott and DollarMakers and I see how many times the phone rings. But the best test

Absorbents and drain guard products can provide storm drainage containment, secondary containment and ways to clean up oil spills with spill kits to protect public health and safety. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports "In 2001 there were 5,900 workplace related fatalities and 5.2 million nonfatal injuries and illnesses reported. That is a rate of 5.7 injuries per 100 workers, less than half of the 1973 number of 11 injuries or illnesses for each 100 workers".Industrial safety products keep workers, their families, and t
Contrary to what you are being told you can’t make money online without spending some. I know there are millions of sites that say differently but this article is about truths not fiction, so let’s take a look at a typical budget needed to make money online.

There are many marketing strategies to pick from and depending on which you choose will determine how much you might need to budget for your project. The strategy I’m going to talk about today involves building a network of mini sites. This is a very popular strategy for marketers trying to make money from Google AdSense and Affiliate programs.

I’m not writing this article to give you a step by step guide to building a mini site network, I just want you to understand what the costs are if you choose this strategy. This way you will at least know upfront what type of budget you will need.

1- The first thing you’re going to need to purchase is an e-book from one or two reputable Gurus that will explain the concept of building niche mini sites. You can expect to pay around $39.97 each for a good e-book.

2- These books will explain to you how to do Key Word research to determine the demand for your niche. This is very important and a step that takes a lot of time but can not be skipped if you every plan on making money. There are a number of good software programs that make this research a little less painful and you can expect to pay around $197.00 for a good one.

3- Once you choose a profitable niche to build a site around you will need to register a domain name for your site. Skipping ahead a little bit you need to understand that the way this strategy works you will be building many sites, so you will need a domain name for each. Some of the most successful marketers using this concept have hundreds of mini sites. For the purpose of setting a budget we’ll figure you will start off with building just 10. You won’t get rich off of ten but the idea here is to keep building them and after a few years you will end up with enough to possible make a good income. That is if you do it right and you pick the correct niches and key words to build your pages around. So if we figure 10 per year you will be spending around $100.00 per year to register 10 domains. Remember each of these domain names need renewed so this is an accumulative expense that is ongoing.

4- Then you are going to need to purchase a hosting account to host you web sites. This gets a little tricky. Yes you can purchase what is called a re-seller hosting account that will allow you to put all 10 domains under one account. The problem here is if one of your sites gets penalized by Google for one reason or another, this is a big footprint leading them to all the rest of your sites. The best way to go is purchase individual accounts for each domain name and spread that out among a couple of hosting companies is best.

On other thing to consider is if you plan on using any automated software to help you build and or drive traffic to your sites ( you should), one of your hosting accounts should be a shared virtual server account. These types of hosting accounts give you the recourses you need to run these programs. Cheaper accounts will probably shut down these scripts for using to much recourses

So to do this right you will need at least one $49.00 per month SVS account and the other nine can be $15.00 per month accounts so that would be a total of around $184.00 per month for ten mini sites.

5- You will need to purchase software to build and edit web pages. I use Microsoft Frontpage… I just did a search on it and it looks like you can buy it for around $89.00.

6- Next thing your going to need is software to help get you traffic and help get your pages indexed by the search engines. You can go nuts here because there are so many Gurus selling software to fit this bill, that if you bought it all you would need to rob a Brinks truck. Boosting Your Sales by Boosting Morale - Employee Coaching
“Happy people sell more,” is a clich? that every manager hears but doesn’t really listen to. Good morale seems to have a trickle down effect and when a manager is happy, everyone is happy. But to boost sales, everybody has to be happy even when the manager is not. Morale building through employee coaching has to be a real commitment by managers and owners alike. When you see morale translated into sales it is easy to see why this is so vital. When you see dollars flooding into your business when morale is high and employees are happy and motivated you will see the wisdom in consciously stimulating morale.Good morale is easy when everyone is doing the right things and all’s well with the world. Improve Direct Mail Response Rates With Promotional Products
Direct mail has been proven an effective marketing technique that generates new business. The same is true for promotional products. A number of research studies have shown that giving away promotional items augments a company’s clientele base significantly. As both are important strategies in the marketing of a business, many are now combining these two approaches for an even more successful outcome. Promotional products, when paired with a piece of direct mail, can greatly increase direct mail response rates. Experts say that sending a promotional product along with a piece of direct mail can increase the response rate by as much as 50 percent. One real life case study involves a local mortgage company in a particular city. In the past, this certain company had utilized the methods of direct mail only. However, after learning about the maxim

There are various ways to do that, but once you get them to sign up you will need an automated system to send them information. You can expect to pay around $18.00 per month for a good basic auto-responder account. You need to be careful here because not all auto-responders are created equal. If you want your messages delivered you need to stick with a replicable company.

8- Next you need to figure out how to get good content for your key word pages. Each site should be made up of fifty pages or more… many sites have hundreds of pages. Each page should have an article based on the key word of the page. This means you need at least fifty articles per site. If you have no problem writing these articles yourself then you won’t have much of an expense, but if you’re not comfortable doing that you’ll need to decide how to get these articles.

There are many article directory sites that you could get free articles that other people write and allow you to place on their site as long as you leave a link to their site in the article. This is one way of doing it, but with the new worries about duplicate content filters that the search engines seem to be adding it might not be wise to have all of your pages made up of other people’s articles.

One other way to add unique content to your site is to hire a ghostwriter which will cost you about $5.00 per article. If you were to purchase all of your articles it would cost you about $250.00 for a fifty page site.

I’m going to figure you do half and half… you use other peoples articles for twenty-five pages and you purchase twenty-five.

So let’s total this up so far and see what our budget is.

    Two e-books = $79.94
    Key Word software = $197.00
    Domain name registration = $100.00
    Hosting $184.00 per month
    Frontpage = $89.00
Software for traffic generation and automation = $600.00 plus an ongoing upgrade
    Auto-responder = $18.00 per month
    25 articles x 10 sites = $1250.00

So or ten sites you’re going to have a total cost of: $2,517.84 to get started and then $202.00 per month just for the basics. You should figure another $300.00 per month for continues education and new software.

Those basic expenses are never mentioned on any of those sells letters of the Gurus marketing sites. They all try and make you believe that if you purchase the one thing they are trying to sell you that is all you need. Now that you are armed with the truth you can make a better decision.
