This being said I also see something else going on with this report. I see that the way it's being promoted it's almost like in some ways the author doesn't quite do what he's preaching. Nothing new or wrong about this by the way. It's the rule, not the exception that the teacher teaches what he needs to learn himself. Here's the thing:
