There is a fantastic atmosphere at an internet marketing conference I will admit, and you do make some contacts from the people that are there, but you are unlikely to learn many secrets that you cannot get off the internet, at least in my experience.
You see you have it all in front of you, all those ebooks & courses have fantastic, usable information in them (well most of them…well some of them) that can get you earning a living online in no time. You are just so close to them that you cannot see it. I know you have probably heard it a thousand times before, but action is the key component to success.

I went to my first internet marketing conference in December 2006 and we asked to see inside Ewen Chia’s clickbank account (one of them) and he actually logged in there and then – how about that for motivation! Now I didn’t learn anything new at the conference, but boy did it give me a kick up the backside to carry on doing what is working and cut any wastage out of my marketing.
Don’t get me wrong about what you will learn, I have heard of some fantastic internet marketing conference’s where the people attending learnt real secrets that the market had never heard of and could be leveraged to massive effect, but most are just speaking ebooks.
So in conclusion would I recommend going to an internet marketing conference? 1000%, if you are serious about making it online then you have to attend at least one internet marketing conference when you are learning, the buzz you get is fantastic, the contacts you make can be extremely profitable and the experience will last you a lifetime.
