    It’s a great question, and I think one that is very misunderstood in business. I had read many different things about being the best in your field, and being at the top of your game… I never really understood what it meant until very recently.

    People are attracted to others that are at the top of their game. I think the attraction is actually embedded in our DNA. If you think about it, people have always been attracted to the strongest of the group, leader of the pack. It was always in our best interest to align ourselves with the strongest, the best, and the smartest. It was a matter of survival. Now of course we are not tribal, but I think the same concepts are basically the same.
