Writing with the aim of helping and educating your client and future client base will increase your visibility and creditability. Explain that the problems they are having are not unusual and can be solved by an experienced user of the product or skill. Most importantly, ensure that you only write what you really know about. I cannot claim that you will make $2000 from any one article, or anything at all, but if you don’t do this you will never know.
