A Customer Service Resume Sample is Your Key to Job Success
If you will be sending your resume in order to apply for a hot new customer service position, you need to make certain that your resume is better than 90% of all the other applicants for that job. This may mean that you need to best 2 other resumes, or it may mean that you need to best 200. Either way, if you are below the top 10%, then your resume will be discarded before you ever get the chance to prove yourself. Here is where a customer service resume sample becomes extremely useful. Grey's Anatomy: Face It, Dude, You Like the Show
Grey's Anatomy has been (falsely) pegged as show primarily for the female population. This is patently ridiculous. There are female story lines to be sure, but there are also decidedly male-oriented story lines. This all is indicative of a larger issue regarding the pigeon-holing of television programs seemingly geared towards a certain demographic even when they really aren't. Grey's Anatomy is a perfect example of a TV show that has been unfairly characterized as a show only for women and reluctant boyfriends.Grey's Anatomy, of course,
If you are a charity or school in this day and age there is a great tool to add to your fund-raising toolbox: online auctions at eBay. An eBay auction can be easy and convenient to run, without the overhead of the traditional fancy dinner with a silent auction. Volunteers will certainly be needed to photograph, package and ship items to bidders.

Still a bit shy about running an eBay auction? Here are some tips about the top-selling items on eBay and why not-for-profit organizations should dive into the eBay pool. Don’t worry – the water’s warm!

Jill Finlayson, author of Fundraising on eBay and former Senior Category Manager at eBay is well versed in the power of eBay for not-for-profit organizations. She was a founding member of the first eBay Foundation.

She believes that not-for-profit organizations should sell on eBay for two reasons: “I think the number one reason is that it allows you to tap into a much larger group of people which allows you to get more bids and more supporters. I would say that’s the first reason. The second reason is that eBay allows you to accomplish several goals instead of just one goal, so its not just about raising the funds, its about increasing awareness, finding donors, converting in kind gifts to cash and getting the market value for your goods. That’s what eBay does, it allows you to leverage a global marketplace and that’s what allows you to get the most bang for the buck. That’s why people use eBay.”

Business Ethics Guidelines - An Ethical Action Test From Your Strategic Thinking Business Coach
Each of us is ultimately responsible for our own actions. Although in today’s business world, I imagine many skeptics would take exception to that statement because there is evidence that people are not held accountable for their actions, even when they are unethical. And even more disturbing, some are even rewarded for unethical actions. Each of us makes a choice to act ethically or to act unethically. It is essential that we know what is ethical and what is unethical. But, more challenging and difficult than knowing what is ethical,

    Generating Leads Through Telemarketing
Telemarketing is one of the most common ways that a business can generate leads. It is a versatile approach. Lead generation telemarketing can be inbound or outbound, meaning that systems use prerecorded messages and can dial either random numbers or numbers from an imported list.Telemarketing is one of the few lead generation techniques that is flexible enough to be immediately adaptable to new situations. The telemarketer can answer questions or provide additional information as needed in response to the potential customer’s comments

    A Look at Deck Fasteners
Deck fasteners are screws especially manufactured to fasten the many soft, thin planks of a wood en deck in place. Wooden decks must be able to withstand many different kinds of weather and corrosion, and so deck fasteners must be able to stand up to these elements just as well. Therefore, deck fasteners are usually coated with a weather-resistant coating that protects them from rust and corrosion. The coating is made of zinc plating. A steel screw plated with zinc is called a galvanized steel screw. A screw can also be coated in a ceramic mate

Public Relations for a Cause; Consider It
There are many things businesses can do for public relations and community goodwill. Consider a business owner who is an athlete and likes to do athletic things. Well they can get pledges and sponsors and then perhaps do something involving athletics? Maybe like a long-distance bike ride or something of this nature. There are a million non-profits and causes to generate money for and they all need financial help and indeed public relations too.Maybe your company can make a website for it or hire someone to write an eBook on the subject fo

    2) Practical or new items

    3) Experiences

She is enthusiastic about not-for-profits being creative about the idea of creating experiences for eBay bidders to bid on. “Experiences do very well with non-profits. You can do them very large scale with celebrities, or you can do them at a much smaller scale such as San Jose did where you get to turn on the Christmas tree and flip the switch and have that experience, or maybe meet the mayor. So there are experiences that have mass appeal and then there are experiences that have local appeal.” said Finlayson.
