I knew by instinct why he was 1calling me, and I didn't want any part of another network marketing business. I had failed often enough, but my mother raised me right, and I didn't hang up on him

This is where private label rights (PLR) articles come in. These are pre-written articles for your website that you can use in ANY way you want, including claiming authorship of them. It's generally acknowledge that you will have to rewrite these articles to avoid duplicate content filters on the search engines, lest you end up with a website just like a hundred others. However, I don't agree that PLR articles have any value at all, and in this article I'll tell you exactly why.

rticles may or may not be "quality." Quality content is often touted as the way to get search engine rankings these days, and I agree. However, what does "quality" mean? Apparently, the PLR sites think it means "a readable article on some facet of a subject." To me, it means an ACCURATE and readable article on some facet of a subject. PLR articles can be all over the place in accuracy. Some may be perfectly fine, and some may be utter and complete hogwash. For instance, I've purchased PLR articles that describe SEO in terms of stuffing a webpage with keywords. Huh? Isn't that so 2002?

It is well known that PLR articles need to be rewritten to avoid duplicate content penalties, and if doing this manually, it usually invovles having to reword the article in your own voice. Every paragraph, every sentence must be changed.
