Leads Network Marketing - Are They Really A Good Investment?
Ok, so now you have just signed-up to start your brand new network marketing business so what do you do to find prospective customers and business partners. The most common answer to that question is to first contact people in your warm market and invite them to take a look at your product and/or opportunity. Unfortunately, that doesn’t always work out as you had in mind. When you first joined your network marketing company you thought that it was great, and just wait until you tell your friends they are going to love it and want to get started right away. Not!Your friends probably looked at you like you were crazy at first because they just didn’t understand what you were talking about. They were thinking, what is a home business, I have heard a little about home businesses once but never really understood it so how could I possibly do one. So the problem with contacting your friends is that you have to first warm them up to your interest in doing a home business and ultimately teach them about home businesses so they begin to understand what you have already found, probably weeks earlier. It is not like your friends disapprove, they just don’t understand it and how it will benefit them. So you have to introduce it to them gradually. In the mean time you would like to start to grow your business and need to find interested people to speak with who may be interested in joining your opportunity with you. You ask your sponsor for help and their

The Deal Really Could Be A Steal
There are many ways to get a deal these days, but before you give in to the temptation to jump on board thinking you are saving a lot of money, consider things in perspective. If someone walked up to you wearing a trench coat offering a deal on an expensive watch, your instincts would tell you it is most likely stolen. If you bought it anyway, you would be just as guilty as the thief. When you are dealing with the Internet, the guys in trench coats can put up a respectable looking site and make themselves look just like a fine jeweler. If their prices are about the same as everyone else, then it may be harder to spot the frauds. When they are offering an incredible deal, consider it not worth the risk.To make matters worse, endorsements from respectable sources might not even be enough. As I wrote this article, the graphic design industry had just made a discovery, and they were rightfully outraged. The law is on their side too, so in the near future, many unsuspecting businesses are likely to find themselves faced with expensive lawsuits.A major online logo provider seemed at first to be just an annoyance to respectable graphic designers who create logos for businesses. The company offers logos for rates that should make anyone suspicious, but they managed to get some endorsements from sources such as The Wall Street Journal. As it turns out, many of the logos they sold were stolen. There is mounting evidence against them for trademark infring
I am about to give you one of the most important keys to success
in any area of life. It will keep your motivation high and help
    you to stay on target.

    Reward yourself.

Reward yourself for achieving your goals, every step of the way.
When you take a step forward, reward yourself. When you hit a
milestone, give yourself a bigger reward.

When you complete the final step, have a huge personal party!

Let me break this down for you so you can apply this in your own
    life:

Each year I set a number of goals which are meaningful to me. I
would recommend everyone do the same.

Some goals are a reward in themselves. For instance, taking
your wife to Hawaii for our anniversary is a goal AND a reward.

Some goals are good and meaningful, just not much fun-like
losing 50 pounds. Huge goal, important, but not much fun (at
least, not until you get there.)

For goals which are not in themselves rewarding, give yourself
rewards each step of the way, in proportion to the effort needed
to accomplish that piece of the goal.

First, take the annual goal-lose 50 pounds-and decide on a
reward for accomplishing it: A trip to the mountains for the
    weekend.

Next take the annual goal and decide what you can accomplish
this quarter and set up a reward for that as well: When you

How to Create a Strategic Position for your Company
A strategic position statement is kind of like a statement for your company. You want to explain this statement how you view your company and how you view it within the rest of your marketplace.Circuit City is a good example. It's an electronic department store that is making excellent profit margins while their competition is going out of business. They've taken a unique strategic position, being number one in service and taken that all the way down to their USP which is "Service Above Beyond All That Is Expected."It's almost impossible to be the best in all and that's why you need to figure out what makes your unique and what your strategic positioning is going to be. What's your number one calling card or claim to fame going to be?There have been tons written about the subject positioning. Positioning has been the marketing philosophy for most successful companies over the last ten years. But what is it? And how can you use it? What place do you hold in the public's mind? If the answer is none, then again, you have a problem. If you hold no place or a negative one in your public or Marketplace's minds, then they're not going to do business with you.For example Sony has been first at innovation. They to be first in whatever's next in technology. K-Mart the cheapest price store that won't be undersold. Price and full lines are their battlefields for your mind. What's the best battlefield (Strategic Posi

Customers Who Qualify For Immediate Collections Placement!
Despite your best efforts, there are going to be customers that you can not collect from. As bad as it is to not get your money, it is just as bad that they waste your time. You can’t afford the time and effort to keep sending statements and letters plus calling and calling them! Let your collector do the job for you. Here are four ways to spot the customers who qualify for immediate collections placement. You catch them lying to you.You can not trust them now to follow through with their promise to pay. A credit relationship is one of trust, and if they violate that, there is no reason for you to continue to extend credit. Why would you continue to give yourself headaches, not to mention an empty bank account? They keep promising a check, but it never arrives. They are stalling you. Maybe they have good reasons, such as their receivables not being paid, but again, they are violating the trust relationship. Honesty is best here.Ask them when they are expecting money, and if that check does not come when agreed, send them right to collections. You call and call, but can never get anyone to talk to you. This is a huge red flag! They know exactly what you are calling to talk about, and they don’t want to hear it. Sometimes folks are in a very desperate situation with their money, and have a lot of calls for payment, and some folks can be very rude when they call.No one is unavailable ALL THE TIME!

Business Intuition - The Future of Corporate America
Maturing world markets have created tremendous pressure on Corporate America to stay competitive. After downsizing and outsourcing, we're down to the wire. Most companies are reduced to looking for cheaper ways to offer their products or services, thus compromising their quality standards just to stay alive. When that happens, everybody is dissatisfied: The customer who bought a crappy product. The employee who has to answer complaints about the crappy product. The stock holder or partner whose investment is melting in shrinking profit margins. And yet, entrepreneurs want to succeed. They want to make good products. They want proud and happy employees. They want to do business while upholding their principals. The true meaning of sustainable success is to achieve your financial goals while maintaining good relationships with your collaborators. This is where strategic Business Intuition comes into place. Intuition is a form of intelligence that uses a right brain approach to generate ideas and solutions from a divergent thinking perspective (the famous "think outside the box"). It is based on Emotional Intelligence (the ability to perceive and manage emotions in self and others), a critical skill of successful decision makers.Business Intuition is rapidly gaining momentum in the business world: 62% of CEOs use their gut feelings when making decisions (2006, PRWeek/Burson-Marste

    Declutter Your Desktop
‘Decluttering’ has become the new buzzword recently but it is usually talked about in the domestic sense. It is also important for an efficient office to be clutter free. Is your desk hiding beneath your paperwork? Do you have a pile of business cards are propping up your monitor? Are your invoices mixed in with your receipts? Are you wasting time because you can’t find that all important piece of paper when you need it?Sound familiar... it is relatively quick and easy to declutter your desk space or indeed your whole office if necessary.Firstly set aside some time, a couple of hours if things are really bad, preferably a time when you will be bright and fresh – so if you are a morning person get onto this task as soon as you arrive at the office. You need to ensure that you will have no distractions and this means no calls, visits or emails. See this time as an investment in your business, if the working environment is clutter free it will help you focus when you are at your desk. You know what they say ‘a clear desk means a clear mind.’Where to start? Now this is the hardest part. Set up a shredder nearby or a bin for shredding if you have one. A black bin bag or recycling bin will also be necessary for rubbish and of course you need some space for the ‘to keep/file’ pile. Whether you choose to file as you go along is totally up to you and may depend on the state of your desk. If you have a business card holder then put all of th

Next take the annual goal and decide what you can accomplish
this quarter and set up a reward for that as well: When you
lose 13 pounds this quarter and you will reward yourself with
    two new outfits.

Then take the quarterly goal and break it down into what you
will accomplish THIS month, creating a reward for that: When you
lose 5 pounds this month, you will get a subscription to that
    magazine you want.

Finally, each week set a goal for that week and give yourself a
reward for that as well: When you lose 2 pounds this week, you
will reward yourself with a "movie night."

Then keep pictures of the rewards in front of you all the
time-on your computer wallpaper, around the house, in your car.
Focus on the immediate reward: Losing 2 pounds and getting a
    movie night.

This method helps me and thousands of others to stay motivated
and focused toward succeeding with our goals.
