6 MORE Reasons To Be An Infopreneur
In another article about becoming an Internet Infopreneur, I shared five reasons for why you should consider creating and selling information products online. Just in case those are not enough, here are another six juicy benefits every infopreneur enjoys - and you can too.6. Can be set to run hands-off.Don't you wish you could be lying on a beach, sipping pina coladas, while your business chugs along raking in millions?Well, maybe you won't be carrying the green stuff to your bank in sacks. Have you seen the movie "The Godfather"?

It's a brilliant movie, filled with great scenes, great lines, and great characters. One of the most memorable pieces of dialogue is spoken by Don Corleone after he's asked how he will convince someone to do something that person would prefer not to do. The Godfather replies,

“I’m going to make him an offer he can’t refuse."

Essentially, the old man is saying, "He better buy what I'm selling... or he's dead meat." I gotta admit, this approach is a little extreme and probably not something you want to try in your business, but it is a perfect example of an irresistible offer!

An irresistible offer is an "invitation" that is so clearly compelling, so powerful, and so obviously attractive that no one in his/her mind could refuse. That's the kind of offer you want to make, too.

    What's Blocking Your First Million?
As a newbie on the Internet twelve years ago, I was full of ambition and bursting with energy. I was going to find the perfect program that sold the perfect product so I could retire to a perfect lifestyle with plenty of income. I had been fed so many motivational videos I was addicted… which led me to my greatest failures and most profound lessons.Fortunately, a reality check halted my financial freefall. After years of frustration and nothing to show for my efforts except a debt approaching thousands of dollars, I began to realize that there is no such thing as the marketing success formula. But there was a clue -- something called USP, or Unique Selling Proposition/Point.The difficult thing to understand about USP is that no one can hand it to you; not even me. Nobody can direct you to it; you have to discover it for yourself. USP is about making your offer different from and more valuable than, your competitors’ offer, and then, planting that idea in the minds of a targeted group of prospects. The population in general is on advertising overload. They hold on to an idea of their own until some slogan or headline breaks through and persuades them to change. Position reflects your unique selling proposition, and that’s what makes your offer mor

    When Salespeople Finally Snap
Weaseling his way through the crowded streets, the young, brown-haired Nick Jones approached the office door. The streets fell silent as he paused before the door handle. As Nick’s hand inched forward, it seemed like the door was growing taller and wider. With a hastened mount of strength, Nick reached for the handle and pulled open the door. He forced his plastic smile as he tried his best to walk confidently into the lobby.Reaching the receptionist of the finely decorated office lobby, Nick proudly and politely announced, “I’m Nick Jones. Could I speak to the person in charge of office equipment?”An awkward silence loomed between them, but Nick remained smiling with an outstretched arm offering his business card. Finally, the receptionist broke her thoughtless stare with the words, “Please leave.”When Nick made another attempt, the receptionist performed the verbal equivalent of chasing away a stray cat with a newspaper. Nick quickly scampered away and headed back into the busy street. “At least this one was polite,” he thought to himself.Nick was frustrated. The pressures of the job and his desire to succeed were pulling him apart like a wishbone on Turkey Day. He wondered what would happen if he just snapped. Would he forget h

    Blackjack Strategy
Blackjack, also commonly known as twenty-one, is undoubtedly one of the most popular casino card games in the world. Much of blackjack's popularity and reputation is due to the blend of chance with elements of skill, and the publicity that surrounds card counting. Card counting refers to the act of keeping track of all the cards, which have been played since the previous shuffle. When blackjack was introduced for the first time in the United States the enthusiasm with which it was received was extremely bleak. As such, gambling houses experimented by offering various bonus payouts to get the players to the tables. One such bonus was a 10-to-1 disbursement if the player's hand consisted of the ace of spades and a black Jack. This hand was labeled a "blackjack" and the name stuck even though the bonus payout was soon eradicated.Professional and experienced black jack players will agree that there does not exist any one best blackjack strategy. The best strategy available varies from person to person. People searching for the same can consult a number a number of card counting books and blackjack strategies. It is often seen that ultimately the best strategy depends on the person's skill, amount of effort the person wishes to expend and the circumstances for play.

Personally, I like to create the offer FIRST before I put my fingers on the keyboard or write a single word of copy. The initial idea for an offer may come quickly, but I may spend days just thinking about it, brainstorming it, framing it and re-framing it, and playing around with different combination of offers.

Once you've got a handle on your irresistible offer, the rest comes easy...

If your offer is “hot,” your sales copy will practically write itself and it will easily bring an avalanche of sales. If your offer is weak, no magic “phrases and words” are going to save you.

That’s how important a well-thought out, well-articulated offer is! So the million-dollar question is: how can you make your offers amazingly seductive?
