Most companies do supply promotion material. We normally take all these things for granted, they are the responsibility of the company but they can and sometimes do affect your income or even your access to your opt-in lists... I have personally been affected by a company who were upgrading the back office area and in the process all tracking of sales and sign-ups disappeared. In the end the company went under through bad management and the affiliated members leaving in droves. Affiliated member programs come in so many different shapes and sizes. I have come across 2 lately where they had a lot of advertising material but.... The first one had heaps of promotional stuff from ClickBank and all came with the company owners links but really lacked in a product and the other made some amazing, to good to be true promises about its proposed product. Remember if it sounds to good to be true, don`t be a sucker. With more experienced companies they will have a support team and include a whole range or promotional material. There is less risk for a new comer to Internet Marketing joining a proven company and a proven product range. The more information I am provided with, the happier I am. While localization means to adapt a particular service to be more accessible to a single foreign culture, internationalization means to make it accessible to almost any culture in the world. Actually, internationalization and globalization go hand in hand. Globalization is the expansion of an activity throughout the world, and internationalization is the way to achieve it.The term 'internationalization' is spoken generally in the context of software and websites. They can help you acquire new clients, show appreciation to current clients, solidify referral and networking relationships and establish name recognition within your industry or community. For gift basket marketing to be effective, the gifts themselves need to be appealing, useful and appropriate as a business gift. Most retailers are more than willing to offer advice pertaining to business appropriateness and will help you make a wise selection. The gift baskets you deliver or send will become part of your image and reputation so make sure they are of high quality and convey the message you intend. Every company uses different software and has a different
marketing focus.Work/ life balance as we know it at present isn't working, because it's based on conflicting demands of employer and employee for a share of the 24/7 day. There simply isn't enough time to achieve everything - and its getting worse.Work life balance suggests people are living two lives - one at work and one away from work. But people don't ‘work' for five days (or more) and ‘live' for two days (or less). Work is just one of many roles that people perform in their 24/7 week. No matter where they are or what they are doing, day or night, people are carrying personal baggage, problems, responsibilities, personal goals and work goals. Separation of work and personal life roles has become a blur and, to many of us, almost a seamless link..Family-friendly policies are now only one aspect of the work life balance Here is a short list of options that I like to see provided by companies for their affiliated members, either in the back office or easily accessible. a. An easy to follow reporting system of people you sponsor. b. Good commissions recording system right down to each product if there are more than one. c. A means of contacting your downline. d. A good range of promotional material including pre-written e-mail, ad-copy, banners or other images, supply a list of places to promote the company and product range, I pleased to say that all of these and more are being provided by "ItsYourNet" http://main-10534pg.ItsYourNet.com in their new F`ree to join Affiliated membership program. By offering a F`ree ID to prospective members or a F`ree member Program like ItsYourNet, allow you to gain access to the back office area to be able to make an informed decision. With ItsYourNet there is an online store accessible from the back office which is a really cleaver move for more than one reason. Firstly with the 2 Tier program you earn a commission on any products you purchase from your own member site. This allows you to login and make the purchase directly from your own site. But one of the strategies ItsYourNet has developed is that you are able to promote this concept of purchasing from your own site. It happens in many programs and is frowned on but with ItsYourNet they have factored this in to their 2 Tier Affiliated Member system. When a prospect wants to make a purchase of any of the products, all you do is suggest they become a member to receive a commission from their purchase. Is that simple or what! It is simple but the concept of getting potential customers to join the ItsYourNet program as an affiliated member is one very clever move. There is no pressure put on people to join but there is an incentive where they receive a commission from their own purchase, not only that but they will be exposed to the full product range which at present includes dialup, hosting, 3D Destiny Worlds citizenship, and the 3D shopping Mall has just been opened, a number of stores have already been rented. I believe all the current products of ItsYourNet and the WiFi and other products to be introduced are products or services that have a good general appeal to the public. So in my opinion ItsYourNet is destined to be a business model or bench mark that you can use as a comparison when looking at other Internet ventures. The original back office software ItsYourNet used had limitations which were discovered so they have gone to great lengths and have changed to a system that can be expanded and added to at any time in the future as their product lines and members increase. So what was a major hurdle for ItsYourNet, will be of major long term benefit for all their customers and members. The owners of ItsYourNet are long term Internet marketers so have experienced the good and bad and know exactly what to provide to develop and train people to reach their potential. In my mind any company that has the fore sight to provide the product range and back office support ItsYourNet has provided for its customers and members will be around for many years to come. This is a bench mark for other companies to aspire to.
