    9. Address the Envelope - Write the "mail to" address exactly as it appears on the rebate form. Do not forget a stamp and a return address. Place all required materials inside the envelope, that is: rebate form(s), copy of sales receipt/invoice, UPC Barcode.

    10. Track Progress - Many rebate companies provide a way to track your rebate online, even if submitted manually. This should be noted on the rebate form. If you do not receive a check within the promised dates, use the phone number or email address on the rebate forms and contact the rebate processing center. In many cases there are delays due to an overwhelming amount of submissions. If all materials where submitted correctly, you are probably fine and one phone call should get things straight.
