If you shoot someone who threatens to kill you, you get sued. If you threaten someone who has harmed you; then you get sued or go to jail or both. You cannot win, this game. I recommend every business owner have a gun on the property, tell no one and know how to use it. When a criminal robs you with a weapon; kill them.
