      There are two basic meanings of Business Intelligence (BI), quite related to the term intelligence. The first one is the human intelligence capacity applied in business activities, is Business Intelligence, which is a new field of the investigation for the application of human perceptive facilities. Both manage and make decision in different business problems. The second is related to the intelligence of information appraised for its currency and pertinence, which is apparent to knowledge and technologies. These are efficient in the management of organizational and individual business.The human resource in this business intelligence is considered as a broad category. They are the part of the applications and technologies for assembling, rendering access to, and examine data (for enterprise users) to make better business decisions. The professionals carry the extensive knowledge of all of the factors that affect a business. They have a profound knowledge about factors such as customers, competitors, business partners, economic environment, and internal operations to make effective and good quality business decisions. Business intelligence professionals are responsible for making these kinds of decisions.Today business decision-makers have the key role in any industry that inundated by updated information. Frontline business managers need to find ways to organize, prioritize, analyze and act on constantly changing data since because operational and analytic intelligence streams in from every level of Most small business owners are faced with so many responsibilities and an unbelievable workload throughout the day. Mainly because of the many different roles that we have to play. On any given day a small business owner must be a customer service representative, collections specialist, marketing specialist, public relations representative, and the list continues. It's enough to drive the average person crazy. But we small business owners are made of a different stock yet still we succumb to normal, everyday pitfalls caused by poor time management. Poor time management can severely negatively impact your business through lost sales and disgruntled customers. A small business owner can't afford either.

      First, whatever you are using as an organizer stick to it. A pocketsize organizer or palm pilot can do wonders. But they don't work on their own. They are only of use if you regularly enter your data and continuously review what you've entered.

      Once you've decided which type of organizer will work best for you, begin the habit of entering tasks on a regular basis. For example, each Monday you could enter all new tasks that you know of for the upcoming few weeks. As the week progresses you may would add new tasks and remove completed ones. To truly make this system effective, you should begin and each day with a review of your tasks. This helps to keep you on schedule and minimizes the chances that you'll become overwhelmed with all you have to do as a small business owner.

      Here are some steps you may want to take when creating and reviewing your weekly schedule:

      1. Prioritize: Determine which tasks require your immediate attention and schedule your days accordingly.
      2. Break down tasks: To ensure you reach your due dates, break down larger tasks. Breaking down tasks also works for any responsibilities that you may not be looking forward to such as collection or sales calls.
      3. Reevaluate start and finish dates (keep them realistic): Enter realistic finish and start dates and work on completing your tasks a little each day.
      4. Reward yourself: Rewarding yourself with a break or some other personal incentive can keep you motivated throughout the week.
      5. Set limits: Determine how many hours per day you can devote to your small business. Schedule your daily task list accordingly.
      6. Avoid negative thinking: If you miss a due date, it's not the end of the world nor is it a reason to succumb to frustration. Simply, use tips two and three of this list to begin the process again. Also, try to determine what prevented you from reaching your due date so you can avoid similar mistakes in the future.

      Remember, with any plan, the key is consistency. Your success solely depends on you. Unlike most people, you don't have a nagging boss telling you what to do and when (one of the many benefits of small business ownership) but it could also cause problems if you haven't learned to manage your time well. So maintain your positive outlook in order to reach your daily goals.

        Time management is more important in the early stages of starting a business than any other because of the need to set aside a certain amount of time to be creative, as well as to run and manage the business. The amount of time you require will depend on your specific needs and talents. One thing we can do to get started the right way is to learn how to take control over our time.If you are a person with a busy schedule and want to have time to be creative during the day, you must stop wasting time and find ways to save it. Just like any other venture it is important to know your timesavers and timewasters. If you do not know it, you need to find out and make the necessary adjustments in your life to save more time so that you can take care of important matters. To see how you are spending your time, get a pen and paper and make a list of your timewasters. This exercise will allow you to find out what your timewasters are so that you can start working on eliminating them. We want to have more control over our time because when things are done at the right time and place, we always see significant results.How do you control your time? Experts believe that for every minute we spend planning our time we save five. It is very important to plan your day if you want more control over your time. Planning your day may consist of many of the steps listed below:1) Set a schedule and follow it 2) Set goals for yourself 3) Be realistic about what you can accomplish 4) Delegate w

        Almost everybody I've ever helped write a resume has said something like, "If I just had an example to follow..."The problem is, most people don't follow the example, they copy it.That can scuttle your job search at a recruiter's email inbox. If he gets 100 of 'em, yours will go in the trash with everybody else's.
