    Many times I have seen people get upset. I have even gotten upset myself. It seems like you have so much to do and not enough time to do it. Well, it’s time to take a deep breath.

    When you are feeling overwhelmed, it’s time to take a break and put your priorities in order. Close the door to your office and tell everyone not to disturb you, then get to work. Write down a list of things you need to do. After you do that, decide which one is the most important.

    If you regroup once a day, you will stay organized, be less overwhelmed and feel like you actually accomplished something.

    If you still feel overwhelmed, you could take a look at what you have to do and outsource some of your work to a virtual assistant. The letters, the data entry, and the administrative tasks take up a lot of your valuable time. So outsourcing to a virtual assistant could free up time for you to spend with family, your customers, or yourself. Asking for help would also help
