Most of all you need to position yourself as a community based business, thank your customers, ask for referrals, testimonials and the business.

    Think grass roots to beat the big guys. Does this mean you will win every time? No, but I guarantee you, you will increase sales and have a much better chance of winning the market and staying in business. Competition often brings out the best in us, let it bring out the best in you and your company.
