They will soon realize that these measures are very necessary, especially when you get slammed.

    3. Let Them Play! Yes, you pay your employees a wage, and for every hour! At times when it is slow, this wage can really hurt your profits. You feel they should be doing something constructive for your business in these down times. . .right? Of course! But sometimes you still have to let them play. They are human, just like you. Some went to school before they arrived to work, and some have families to attend to afterwards. But unlike you, they all have lives outside their job. So sometimes, it’s okay let them play around a bit.
