Each and every day we sell something to someone - a thought, a belief, an idea, a product or service (Example: Your neighbor "sells" you on why you should eat at a specific restuarant; your spouse "sells" you on why they need a new car; your dentist "sells" you on why you should whiten your teeth; the store clerk "upsells" you on getting the perfect tie to go with that perfect suit; etc.). BUT, we don’t consider ourselves to be salespeople. WHY?
