Chinese Steel in Giant Dam Project Questioned by Think Tank
Recently a Think Tank questioned the steel used in the giant Chinese Dam Project. The massive project is clearly the largest in the World and a bold step for China. Yet some feel too many corners were cut and not enough new technologies were used, they are even questioning the quality of the steel inside the dam, type of concrete mix used and the over all strength in case of an Earthqu

A Product & Business Opportunity No One Should Be Without
The Lost SocietyThe PerceptionAll throughout North America and Canada there seems to be a growing need for legal assistance for everyday life situations. However, most people fail to seek out legal counsel for one reason or another. Maybe they feel as if they could not afford the lawyer’s fees, or they may feel that if they ignore the problem it wi
Did I get your attention? Or do you see so many advertisements with people giving free things away that you just don't even pay attention anymore? When is something worth paying for? Do you value something less when you got it for free? Does the value of something go up proportionately in your mind to the cost you paid for it? And then again, how often have you paid for something, only to realize that it's value is far less than it was advertised to be?

What brought this to my mind this week relates very directly to an opportunity in which I recently became involved. This is a fun one, and I am doing quite well in it. One of my downline members, "Pete" is a

    Direct Mail Marketing Goes Rogue
I recently received the “fabulous news” that I had won ?5,000.00. You know what they say about things that sound too good to be true – they usually are. So I looked for a phone number – absent. I then looked at the return address – Canada. Canada? I had a closer look at the delivery envelope – Royal Mail frank, i.e. it had been posted from the UK. Strange. I did a Google search

Get a Life and Leave the Strife
There is a silent revolution creeping across the landscape of Australia where men and women are waking up to the realization that’s there more to life than corporate commitment and the myth of shareholders wealth.Working 12 – 15 hour days Australia is rapidly approaching the label of the western world’s workaholic nation. Australia is not alone with most developed nations in the

Building A Community Of New Middle Aged People
Yesterday in response to another article I had written about working at home for people in their fifties and sixties, I got a number of comments that others felt the same way about starting new careers and were using the Internet to do so. They seemed to be very happy to see that someone else held opinions similar to theirs and was attempting to do the same thing. Then it struck

    Business Network Leadership
The success of your network organization has everything to do with structure, coherence of objective, execution, and accountability. Most folks in networks are looking to be lead and easily fall into step when the dynamics of the group are firmly established. It rarely pays in being overzealous with the agenda. Leaders are famous for believing that their own goals and commitments of
nity in which I recently became involved. This is a fun one, and I am doing quite well in it. One of my downline members, "Pete" is a very active marketer and he has set up a forum specifically relating to this project. I have been approached about the use of a splash page I created by "Bob" one of Pete's downline signups.

Now the way this particular program is structured, I would not receive any monetary value from Bob's work, even if he signs up 1000 people. But, I am willing to do the work for Bob and create a splashpage just for him and help him with his marketing. I have no intention of charging Bob for this.

But it got me thinking... if we are wo
