Be Careful With Cheap Ink Cartrdiges t maintaining a good home and personal life is more important than big bucks and long hours at the office. Life is full of decisions, and what suits one person may not be practical for another. That’s why faith is so crucial to our spiritual well being.
Peace comes from putting life in God’s hands and trusting Him to lead us in the right direction. If you live based on how others think you should, you lose possession of yourself. However, if you walk faithfully with the Lord, you can have confidence that all things will work out for your good in the end. Frankly, I’d rather be patient and have things happen in His timing than force thingsBeware of using cheap ink cartridges intended for other kinds of uses or machines, or you may have problems that aren’t even related to how well they operate. For instance, you might void your warranty or the cartridge might not work at all, because some companies have started putting computer chips in their cartridges. If you use someone else’s cartridge and it does not have the security chip, it disables and won’t work. There are lawsuits against some of the companies doing this, and in North Carolina there is a new consumer protection law that allows you to use any kind of cartridge or refill you want in your printer, but it doesn’t address the fact that some of the companies are putting “poison pill chips” in their cartridges which disable other company’s imitation products. These major, first tier manufacturers claim that if you use replace How to Develop a Master-Planned Sales Plan This world is a fickle place. No matter what you do, there are things you need to do better, or differently, or more efficiently. People may pride themselves in being able to make their own decisions, but there are still plenty of people that have definite opinions of how you should live; and they’re bold enough to tell you.Perhaps you have driven past the road signs for new developments proclaiming they are "Master-Planned". Maybe, you live in one. Master-Planned Communities usually incorporate extensive recreational amenities like lakes, golf courses, and expansive parks with bike paths, and jogging trails. The original planners may even incorporate office parks and hotels/motels into the community's plans. This balanced plan enhances the value of the properties and makes them more valuable and enjoyable to live and work in.The Sales Planning QuestionIf you stepped back with me for a minute and took a bird's eye view of your sales plan, would it be considered a Master-Planned Sales Plan? Let's imagine that your original sales plan was to support 550 core customers. The strategy was to develop a community of customers that would increase your bank a I’m not one that’s influenced by what other people think. In fact, as a teenager I was labeled a “nonconformist,” and I’m still very independent in making my own decisions. I thought people understood this about me, until I turned thirty last year. Perhaps I became more sensitive, but it seems that entering the third decade of life brings about serious contemplation about how you are living, both in yourself and others. After all, you still have the advantage of youth and the wisdom of experience on your side. So it was, after all, time for me to buckle down and make some major life decisions: My husband and I had been married seven years – isn’t it about time to consider starting a family? I’ve been in the same job since shortly after I graduated college – isn’t it time to pursue better paying promotions? We’ve been thinking about building a house – isn’t it time to stop thinking and start doing? I’ve been driving the same car since high school graduation – isn’t it time for me to buy a new one? I thought about going to graduate school for a while – am I going to finally do it? To all of these questions comes the justification that I need to think about taking action “because you aren’t getting any younger.” I do know. I have prayed about all of these things and more, but the answer that keeps coming back to me is always the same: Patience. Stay the course and pay more attention to the Lord’s prompting than the squares on a calendar. When God’s timing is right, He will open the door and it will happen with His blessing. Deep in my heart I know I will need to eventually step out and make some major decisions, but this time I’ve decided to trust in the Lord’s timing and not rush because the voices around me say I should. Life doesn’t move in the same linear pattern for everybody. Sure, some people go the perfect course of school-marriage-family, but often that doesn’t work in reality. Some people leave school to get married, and finish years after they’ve started their family. Some people do marry, but for complicated reasons of finances or lifestyle decide to postpone parenthood until later in life. Some never marry and focus on career, while others do marry and decide that maintaining a good home and personal life is more important than big bucks and long hours at the office. After all, you still have the advantage of youth and the wisdom of experience on your side. So it was, after all, time for me to buckle down and make some major life decisions:Yoga, as most of us know, is the ancient practice of breathing, meditation and a performing of certain postures. Practicing yoga has gained popularity in recent years and is now starting to gain a lot of attention from the material world. This has its serious practitioners concerned that the reason behind it's use will be lost in the grab for cash. Many people that practice yoga, or are attempting to learn it, are people that are well educated and are usually found to be doing above average financially. They are also the types of people willing to spend more money on things that are perceived to be better for the environment. Yoga is now becoming an 'in' thing to do. Because of this a good many people are jumping on the bandwagon and have started to sell all of the 'extras' that are used to enjoy yoga. They had numerous branches all over the nation, hired top advertising agencies and famous faces to market them, and could charge pretty much whatever they liked for a loan. Yes, there was competition from other banks, but it was always very gentlemanly, all players knowing that too big a price reduction would make the others follow suit and that the benefits would therefore be very short-lived. As for customers, they tended to borrow from whichever bank handled their wages and their savings. Everything seemed pleasant in the world of finance.Although some people still need enlightening, those days are well and truly over. Frankly, I’d rather be patient and have things happen in His timing than force things to happen my way. Then I can handle anything He brings my way because I’ve been prepared to handle it through His power. You’d probably have to know Jesus really well and be a little crazy to know the truth about the Anti Christ and the False Prophet. There is going to rise to power in coming years two prophets One man is going to be very powerful and very quickly he will have the worlds attention. He will do mighty signs and wonders and bring plagues to earth like Moses did, and yet the modern church will not accept that his power will be coming from God.He will preach a hard gospel saying there is no salvation even if you are a Spirit filled Christian unless you are obeying Jesus Christ. He will preach a doctrine that if you don’t obey God you can lose your salvation and go to hell. He will preach that you have to repent and walk humbly before the King of Kings and give up on money and mammon and the world and its riches. To a mammon serving lukewar I’ve lived long enough to know that I can’t do it all on my own. Deep in my heart I’ve know it for a long time, but it took thirty years for that fact to really sink in the crevasses of my brain. I have made a mess too many times getting in a hurry to do something because “everybody else is doing it,” and I certainly don’t have the strength to hold myself up to something I forced to happen. Remember, if the Lord doesn’t will it, He doesn’t have to support it. You can do a lot by your own effort, but if it doesn’t have His blessing then He won’t keep you in a place you put yourself. I have never had regrets for exercising patience and waiting on the Lord. In fact, all of my greatest accomplishments have come when I ignored the voices around me and faithfully followed the Holy Spirit working in my life. I’ll do what God says when He says to do it, and that’s it. No life is perfect, but I’ve learned to find contentment in what I’ve been given. I live in the hope that if I’m a good steward of the blessings I have, they will multiply through His grace. Perhaps I will get what I want or perhaps I won’t, but at least I know I’m on the right path and if I keep running the good race then I will win in the end. I’ve chosen which master I will answer to, and it isn’t one of this world. God needs more strong, confident people to throw down the gauntlet and stand up for Him. There are a lot of weak-minded people that run with every whim of the world, and it’s a shame to see them chase such futile pursuits. How many people do you know that bounce from one thing to another, always in search of something better? They go from one job to another, searching for a bigger paycheck. Or one city to another, searching for a better lifestyle. Or one spouse to another, searching for the elusive love they can’t seem to keep. Some people do thrive on constant change, but to grow you have to set down spiritual roots and get grounded in living right, not running from what hurts and swinging to everything that feels good. Joy only comes from living the authentic life God created you to have. Deep down, I think most people know that. I’m not saying you should disregard everything other people tell you. Sometimes other people can give you advice that is truly a word in season, and it brings about a revelation that helps you grown in faith. God does speak to us through others, and we are wise to hear their words. But if somebody is pres
