Tips For Finding Free Resumes Online
The Internet is an excellent resource for recruiters. Unfortunately, it is very expensive to use job boards that do not necessarily find you the right candidates. The good news is there are many free Resume Databases online that will supply you with hundreds of free candidates. You can also use Free College and Alumni resumes found on University websites, or Free Resume Blaster
u may take a few mis-steps when you do this, but you'll also learn and move your business forward a whole lot faster than if you sit back and wait until you've got everything mastered.

As a recovering perfectionist, this was a big shift for me, but it has paid off big-time.

I'd like to challenge you to adopt this "take action" ment

    Complementing Your Management Team
We all have weaknesses. Whatever our roles. In management positions, one of the bigger challenges is to recognise our own shortcomings and alter our own behaviours. Sometimes this can be very challenging.Often a hint is that there are areas of your work where you feel like you really struggle, or are things you avoid. Or are things that you don't enjoy doing. So yo
When I was at Mark Victor Hansen's Mega Marketing Magic seminar, he gave everyone in attendance a stack of "Mega Action Cards."

The stack was actually a tablet of 52 cards, one for each week of the year.

    The challenge?

To dedicate yourself to implementing one idea a week for 52 weeks. The suggestion was to select ideas from those we were learning over the three-day event, and actually commit to implementing those ideas.

    What a great idea!

After all, how many of us have attended seminars and come back home with new ideas only to end up shoving them in a drawer to never again to see the light of day.

We're certainly not going to grow our business that way.

The only way to grow your business is to take action every single day. There's always more to learn, but at some point you just have to go for it.

If you over analyze every single idea and you're always waiting until you learn a little bit more before you step out and try something, your business will grow slowly, if at all.

You can't be afraid to just do it.

    It wasn't always this way.

But in the past two years I've found I'm able to accomplish so much more if I take action sooner rather than later.

Sure, you may take a few mis-steps when you do this, but you'll also learn and move your business forward a whole lot faster than if you sit back and wait until you've got everything mastered.

Branding Fiasco -- Better Be Who You Say You Are!
Our experience as customers offers great instruction into the concept of branding. Come with me on a recent “experience” and you’ll see what I mean. Here’s the situation:I want to order an 800 number. On my AT&T bill is a customer services number. I call it. A voice mail gives four options. None of which I want. Just TRY to get a representative. Connecting With Your Customers Through Your Brand Identity
Your logo and marketing materials have many jobs, but one of the things that they can do really well for you is to introduce you to new clients and to help those potential customers feel a connection with you and your business. Alas, many small business owners overlook this valuable role for their materials when designing them, and so any connection often happens by accident al

Unemployment Blues: Become Your Own Support Group

Ask yourself every week, what's one action you can take to move your business forward. And don't be afraid to go out on a limb.

In addition to pulling ideas from your marketing plan, I encourage you to continue learning new ways to market and build your business. And start implementing those new ideas along with your planned activities.

Currently I'm on week 3 in my 52-card Marketing Action Plan, and I intend to continue implementing at least one idea every week. The first 3 weeks have been very productive so I know if I can keep it up I'll have an amazing year.

    How about you?

What's one action you can take this week to move your business forward?

I encourage you to write it down and take it.
