I was in a forum where we were discussing job seeking. Most people blame the employers for not being fair or seeing their worth. While all they had to do is think in-line with these employers. A man that has invested in a business; realizes that he needs someone for a job. Spends money to recruit and has a pool of candidate to choose from. The best you could do is to make his decision process easy and make him prefer you. So my question is this: how different are you from those with the same interest as you? If we all want to be successful (I mean millions and billions of us around the world) what can make you the chosen one?
