Writing The Best Possible Text Advert
So you've decided to spend some cash on a quick marketing blitz to get some more traffic to your website. The worst thing you could do now is waste that money. Its essential to take your time when writing your text ads. You might only have 100-200 characters to work with, so make sure you follow the following tips and I'm sure your investment in this great advertising medium will pay off.1. Make sure the ads you are writing are relevant to your audience. With AdQuick.co.uk, you choose what websites you advertise on, so you have a good idea what kind of people will see your ads. If the reason for your ad is more aimed at brand awareness ,then you can be a little more broad with the audience you aim your ads at.2. Be a little bit naughty, look at what your competitors ads are like. Don't copy them, but by all means get some creative ideas to help your ad writing.3. If the ad is advertising a certain offer of yours, make sure you send any potential customers who click the ad direct to that page on your website, and not just your homepage.4. Be direct. Have you got an amazing deal or special offer? If so, then get the price in the ad somewhere. If you don't want to put the price in your ad, then at least make sure you get the actual offer in the ad.5. DON'T USE CAPTIALS FOR EVERY LETTER IN THE HEADLINE. It annoys a lot of people and theres no need to shout. By all means use capital letters for each first letter in every word in your ads headline though.6. Use the conversion tracking feature. This

Succeed In Business By Watching Movies
Movies make a great past time. Millions of people enjoy movies for their pure value as entertainment devices. But how many people know that movies can teach some of the greatest business lessons possible.Study the business lessons inside some of the most popular movies and you can quickly grow the prospects of your business.Movie Business Lesson #1Star Wars. One of the most important business lessons in Star Wars is the ability to succeed against overwhelming odds through team work. Faced with a galaxy controlling Empire, Hans Solo, Luke, and Princess Leia Organa, use the rebel forces to defeat a much more powerful military force. Lesson learned: Teamwork can help you outsell even a much larger market dominating competitor.Movie Business Lesson #2Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. Businesses should constantly be measuring their market
So where do new ideas come from? I hate to disappoint you, but there are NO NEW IDEAS. Before you burn me at the stake for this overt falsity I reassure you I do not mean there are no new ideas in this monumentally stupid sense:

"Everything that can be invented has been invented." -Charles H. Duell, 1899, U.S. Commissioner of Patents

There are no new ideas, BUT, there are splendid combinations of old ideas. Things that look new will be coming and going for the rest of time but truly they are a dynamic new combination of OLD things.

So how do you do it? Come up with 'new' ideas, those precious combinations of old things made to be new. Most people I talk to say “oh, but I’m not creative!”.

"Not Creative?" I say “What a load of...wrongness! Human beings are all inherently creative, YOU ARE CREATIVE! How to Protect Yourself if Your House Value Drops, or Your Income is Lost - Part 2
Robert Shiller, is the author of the runaway bestseller, Irrational Exuberance. Shiller has recently written another book, The New Financial Order. This is a scary one, since it follows the path of “globalization” and how it is threatening the livelihoods and assets of the ordinary person on the street. Schiller has come up with a unique idea for “hedging insurance financial risk” as in the case of being able to protect yourself if the value of your residence drops (this is your primary asset these days, along with the money you earn at a j.o.b., or being self-employed). You find yourself trying to make mortgage payments on a property worth less than what you originally paid for it. (It happened to me, thanks to the savings and loan debacle in Texas, in the late 80s.)What if the ability to buy this kind of “hedge insurance” was available as an employee benefit? Envision how loyal you might be to that employer. Further imagine if you no longer have to worry constantly about paying the mortgage; or whether you’re going to be downsized any day. You likely wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for some better medical insurance too, am I right? If you don’t have the worry about the first two potential catastrophes, you wouldn’t mind paying extra for that health and medical insurance that perhaps you -- and the more than 40% of all Americans -- don’t yet have for their protection.I think this could be facilitated by the buying and selling of risk-oriented insurance hedges in a new form of market: the insurance “hedge” market. This would be similar

Why Marketing Begins After The Sale
All business begins and ends with the customer. The company with the most customers wins, which is why successful companies know that the real marketing begins after the initial sale has been made. They know doing everything possible to retain the trust and the business of current customers is the essence of marketing.People like to do business with companies that: truly value them as customers; know them by name and buying preference; regularly consult them as to their satisfaction with purchases; ask for their preferences regarding future products and services; handle complaints and inquiries promptly. All businesses can and should do all of these things and more. The problem is that most businesses don’t have a systematic and effective approach to customer retention. This is because the mindset of most businesses is to pursue new customers at the expense of paying too little attention to current customers.A good marketing plan emphasizes retaining customers. It says the best way to retain customers is to provide continuing satisfaction and reinforcement to individuals that are, or have been customers. Most marketing plans concentrate on getting customers, whereas a good marketing plan zeroes in on keeping them. Its goal is to make good customers into even better ones. The cost of constantly acquiring new customers is high and sometimes prohibitive for small businesses. With current customers, the business has already paid the acquisition costs and customers tend to increase their spending over time. This means that the additional business a company doe

MBA: The Master of Business Administration And Your Career
Holding an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree used to be a virtual guarantee of a good job and high paying salary. While the benefits of holding an MBA don't necessarily guarantee that you'll get a better job and more money anymore, holding the designation can certainly help you in more ways than one.I graduated from an undergraduate business program and found myself in the same classroom as MBA students during my senior year. We essentially took some of the same classes and I got to see firsthand how MBA classes operate.Generally, classes were based on course work, case studies, exams, projects and class participation.Verbally participating in class can be a big component of your final mark in MBA programs. As a recruiter, I've worked with plenty of companies who won't hire a new staff member if they don't hold a certain level of education ie. a university degree. In some companies, advancement to senior management could be at least somewhat dependent on holding a post graduate degree such as an MBA especially if other managers in the company already hold one.In that regard, holding an MBA might help to qualify you for certain jobs that might otherwise be unattainable.Among other things, an MBA can also help prepare you to compete in the business world by developing your communications and presentation skills, improve your ability to debate and get your point across in a business setting, and expose you to various business functions ie. finance, marketing, HR, etc.Further it helps

Then I meet some people who are wildly creative, tremendous creative geniuses who can come up with all kinds of dynamic ideas at the drop of a hat. But when I ask them how they go about it they grin mysteriously and proudly say 'the ideas just come to me' as if they have a special gift that only a lucky few receive if they are in the right place at the right time when God is distributing his magical creativity dust.

Well my dear friend whether you like it or not this article will allow even the most addle-minded of us to be a creative genius (no magical dust required!).

The process is simple and based on the principle that ALL new ideas are merely combinations of old ideas. If you take the children’s game noughts and crosses and replace the noughts and crosses with a number from 1 to 9 the total number of potential combinations is 362,880. Imagine how many ideas must be available to you!

The process of getting ideas is not dissimilar to stories of the sudden appearance of islands in the S
