It's like a broken record. Everybody and you're grandmother telling you to eat right and exercise regularly. Nobody really tells you why. They just tell you to do it. And like the blind lambs being led to the slaughter, we obey. Well, it would be a really nice thing if we knew why the fuss. Well, in this article, I'm going to tell you what the major reasons are that you should exercise and what the benefits are. I'm also going to tell you what you need to be careful of. Believe it or not, too much of a good thing is not so good. Hopefully, after reading this, you'll not only understand why you need to exercise but also when it's time to stop.

Let's start with our digestive systems, because this is my personal favorite area. As I got older, I started to notice something about my digestive system. It began to slow down greatly. I was no longer hitting the bathroom three times a day. Doctors told me that it was because I was just getting older and that this was normal. What do they know? Eventually, I figured out that it was because I had entered the world of the 9 to 5 crowd and spent most of my day behind a desk. By the time I got home, exercise was the last thing on my mind. Once I realized that my body had become a dormant mass, I decided it was time to get back to the days of my childhood when I was running around like a lunatic. Long story short, the bathroom and I are now best friends again. Bottom line: Regular exercise will keep you regular. No pun intended.

Next, let's move on to our muscles. God didn't put them there just to be admired, unless of course you're into attracting beautiful babes at the beach. But trust me, they're not going to be worth looking at unless they've been exercised. Muscles do not develop on their own. The Ironies Of Life In Muscle Sculpting
Life is full of things you must do to achieve success. A very old proverb says the more seeds you sow the more you reap. For that we work so hard to study in order to get good grades to better our lot in life. Musicians spend so much time training with their equipment to perform better than others. Ace athletes spend time fine tuning their skills to achieve better than

    Stand Out At Work
Career development is not always about moving up in the organization. It’s more about constantly improving yourself and getting the most out of your job and work life. Regardless of whether or not you are interested in promotion right now, you are interested in standing out at work. To stand out in a good way, you need to be aware of the consequences of what you think,
ve on to our muscles. God didn't put them there just to be admired, unless of course you're into attracting beautiful babes at the beach. But trust me, they're not going to be worth looking at unless they've been exercised. Muscles do not develop on their own. If you work behind that desk and the only exercise you get is typing away at the keyboard, the only thing you're going to get from that is carpel tunnel. Whatever muscles you have will either deteriorate or turn into fat, depending on how many Whoppers and Big Mac sandwiches you put away in a day. Bottom line: Regular exercise will keep your muscles in shape.

And the last major benefit of exercise, not that there aren't others, has to do with our circulation. Did you ever wonder what it is that really keeps us alive? Well, believe it or not, it's all that blood and oxygen circulating through our bodies. Once that stops, we might as well get ready to cash in our chips. When we exercise, it increases our circulation, gets the blood and oxygen pumping through our veins and keeps us from turning into zombies.

If you want to see examples of what happens to people who don't exercise, and how the above items stop working, try visiting a hospital and check in on the long term care patients who haven't moved a muscle in months.

A site like that should scare the heck out of anybody into buying an exercise bike.

I know it did for me.
