If you are experiencing stress and insomnia, there are a few things you might try doing that may help you to go to sleep. Try exercising daily and going to bed at the same time each day and avoid daytime naps. You may want to drink a warm glass of milk before bed or a warm glass of water with two teaspoons of honey in it. Both are known to induce sleep. You may want to do some relaxation and breathing techniques before bedtime, to try and eliminate stress and insomnia. If you can keep yourself in a calm state, usually rest will come. If your stress and insomnia continues for a lengthy time, you should seek medical help.
