FSBO - Some Things To Remember
If you look at any information on FSBO homes, one trend that continues to emerge is the necessity for proper advertising and exposure for homes. But, without a real estate agent and their typically large advertising budget, how can this be accomplished? Quite easily really, you just need to think creatively. Try to think like a realtor, what steps would you take in order to ensure the maximum amount of exposure for a hom

When I first began studying crazy behaviour through dreams decoding, I realized, among other things, that vanity is, in fact, a disease that provokes considerable behavioural modification; capable of impeding the development of one’s rationalism and ability to self criticise. Vanity can even blind one to one’s own mistakes and defects. When submerged in the influence of van

Getting a Fast Separation In Maine
Clients sometimes ask whether a Maine "Fast Separation" is possible. Yes it is - whenever both parties will amicably work on the process. A Maine "Fast Separation" will not be possible if either party works to hold the process up. Like other states, Maine sets forth mandatory rules that have to be abided by before you will be awarded a Separation. There is no avoiding this.Individuals have asked, in what way might
Our first reaction to this question is to answer: “No, of course not!” But reality is completely different from what we imagine it to be. The human being is not as balanced as he’d like to think, and if we observe his behavior with a psychological eye, he is even absurd in many ways.

Craziness has many levels and assumes various shapes. It is often difficult for us to tell the difference between craziness and logic, mainly because the human being is crazy from birth. His conscience is fundamentally selfish and filled with absurd tendencies. His wild primeval conscience is still alive, waiting and scheming to destroy its human counterpart to take its place.

So, the truth about him is ignored until discovered and distorted once known. He cannot judge his behavior in an objective manner. What appears logical to him, because he has observed it throughout his environment, may in fact be totally absurd; regardless of the fact that it might be accepted and adopted by everyone.

Another intriguing point is that the human being can’t control his own behaviour as easily as he’d like to. He only occasionally succeeds and when he does, it’s often situational.

Though he may not really wish to behave irrationally, when confronted by an appropriate stimulation, he often responds in conflicting fashion. He adopts ancient behavioural patterns in a chain reaction, forged from predefined behavioural structures found within the mechanism through which he learns about his environment and replies to offending stimuli.

To control his behavior, he must go through an arduous and dangerous psychological process of self awareness; better known as a profound introspection.

    Don't Get The Holiday Blues
Many salespeople believe that between Thanksgiving and January 2nd people stop buying and become preoccupied with celebrating and eating. Quite the contrary! People are more in a buying spirit than at any other time of the year. It doesn’t matter whether you sell computers, real estate, automobiles, widgets, office furniture or anything else, the world doesn’t grind to a halt just because it is the holiday season. Have y

    Search Engine Essentials
What are Search Engines? There are numerous different search engines, and all are essentially huge databases containing information about web pages from the internet. A web-based user interface then allows the user to search the contents of this database. The user enters a search-term into the search engine and is presented with a list of web-pages that relate to the searc

Nokia N73: 3G Mobile Imaging at its Best
These days, when almost every mobile phone sports a camera, there are only a few that stands out in the clutter. A few of the multimedia centric N-series from Nokia have made it to the top of the heap. The Nokia N73 is one of them. This candy-bar handset exudes sophistication by its tasteful simplicity of design. The Nokia N73 's smart looks is backed to the hilt by the light sensitive TFT screen tha

When submerged in the influence of vanity, one can become ridiculous and hyper sensitive to any perceptible judgment made about one’s behaviour; placing too much importance on the image one projects on society, as if one’s very life depended on social approval.

Another common disturbance observed in human behavior is the strange tendency to interrupt a serious and important conversation to make trivial observations about something totally insignificant. This interruption reveals a serious lack of concentration, common sense and worse still; a severe lack of sensitivity and sensibility.

Recurrent repetition in conversations is so common that we don’t even pay attention to it. We repeat some sentences so frequently that we appear to be less focused than monkeys, with an IQ below that of the primate.

You must think that my statements are simple minded or stupid, don’t you? Tell me then, how can you differentiate stupidity from craziness? Perhaps one is simply the logical consequence of the other…

Now, we enter into chaos, and this disorder is but one that concerns our psychical world… there are more!

So, I don’t know how you’d answer if someone asked you if you were crazy. Perhaps you’d reply as before, to avoid being misunderstood; but deep down inside, you might fear the true answer to this question…
