Veil piercing is not an easy task and requires many factors to be proven. The main inquiry is, “has the corporate form been misused?” If it is concluded that the corporate form is being misused, the court will disregard the corporate entity and hold the shareholders personally liable. Each state has different factors that it considers in determining whether to pierce the corporate veil. What Customers - What They Really Want - 6 Secrets of Customer Service cult to optimize the plans scale and time frame which invariably change during the course of their execution.
What customers really want can be divided into two areas.Firstly - they want the core service of your business to meet their needs. They expect your product or service to work. If you say you're a plumber, then the customer expects you to fix their leaking pipe. If you say you're an accountant, then they expect you to resolve their tax details. They also expect your product or service to represent value for money. If I buy an expensive pair of winter boots I expect them to keep out the cold and wet and also look good. Naturally if I was to buy a cheaper pair I wouldn't expect them to last as long.Customers expect your after-sales service to be efficient. If my new winter boots start to leak when I wear them for the first time, then I expect the shop to replace them immediately. However, none of this will make customers loyal or cause them to tell others how good you are. They take this core service as a given. You wouldn't see me running around telling people that my new winter boots didn't leak. Execution:

It seems like even today, the same type of thing is happening in the health industry. So therefore the answer to my question is a very loud no. Medical records are still being used as the key source for tracking patient history and other vital information. Is paper really that reliable? Paper has no built in security devices; paper will not drive someone to fill it out in the right format, there are no second chances with paper and paper travels very slowly. Surprisingly the health field, where it is known that technological advances are made every day, is still leaning heavily on the crutch of paper. The solution? Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Information in the health care industry needs to be easily and rapidly transferred. As patients transfer from one medical practice to another, their records shoul
We are tempted to set targets and achieve it. We call it a success if the target is achieved and explore the reasons if we fail. What we should do, infact, is set the direction and not ' limit ' the progress by setting the targets. Should we target to a preconceived imaginary state of affairs at a future date? Only top management has to worry about target if any and all below will do something ancillary to or incidental to that target. Even top management can do away with setting a target limit and instead set the direction of progress. We devise all management structures based on some preconceived notions and situations. When we encounter variations in real life situations we resort to crisis management or atleast to a revision of the original plan. What confusion and mess these variations create is known to everybody. Many are obsessed with perfection and meticulous adherence to the rules. One need to be perfect in the completion of the tasks not necessarily in the procedures and processes. What we need? The purpose of management techniques is to simplify tasks and not complicate them. There has to be automatic delegation of tasks. The work has to proceed unhindered to infinite levels. Nobody need to be stressed about the outcome. If we proceed on a definite path and the guidelines are flexible enough to adjust to change, the results are bound to be desirable.
