    How to Be Customer Unfriendly
One of my favorite airlines committed a customer interface blunder. They changed the automated telephone menu system for reservations, removed the 24-hour fast-access option for frequent flyers, set up the menu so it changes at various times of the day, and put long recorded messages on the system to ‘educate’ passengers while they wait.I’ve called this airline many times. I am still trying to figure out which menu works at which time of day and which buttons I need to push.A similar experien

Incentivize Employees - The Internal Marketers
As chains and independents continue to battle for market share and the consumer’s dollar, focusing inward can provide a more profitable approach. And don't forget your past professional associates.During this time of job searching, you have now become a salesperson. Someone once said: "If you were arrested and brought to trial for being a salesperson, would there be enough evidence to convict you?" Remember, there are

Could Franchising Be The Business For Me?
Most people are familiar with franchising. For the benefit of those who are not, according to wikipedia.com franchising is the system of doing business wherein a franchisor licenses trademarks of a product and tested methods of doing business to a franchisee to receive payment like a percentage from gross per sales or gross profits as well as the annual fees agreed upon, as compensation for the trade secrets shared as part of the franchising agreement.
