During the past year not only Mom has been taking Essiac, but so have my wife and I. My wife is a type2 diabetic. She was having a hard time even with taking glucophage, keeping her blood sugar count down. Since taking Essiac Tea faithfully her numbers are great. Her dosage of glucophage has been cut in half. Another plus for her has been how Essiac has affected her thyroid. For 30yrs. my wife has been on the same dosage amount of levoxyl.
