You must stay in control of the call and the only way to do this is by being confident and prepared.Remember, everything you do represents your company. Behavior rewarded is behavior that is repeated.This simple, yet profound, concept is at the root of more poor productivity, broken relationships, negative personnel issues and high costs of doing business than any other management principle as well as peak performance organizations that grow and prosper each year.What does the concept – you get the behavior you reward mean and what is the impact of it on your organization’s culture and overall performance?Let me give you an example. Leaders should be role models for your organization in demonstrating the practice of business ethics and public health, safety, and the environment. New product planning should include anticipation of adverse impacts from production, distribution, transportation, use, and disposal of your products. Hence, an effective planning to prevent it Leaders of organizations should stress to not merely comply to the local and export law and regulatory requirements, but they should treat these and related requirements as opportunities for improvement “beyond mere compliance”. All these should be demonstrated by appropriate measures and target. Case Study on Public Responsibility and Citizenship In most of the companies I work with, minimum emphasis is put in placed to address these issues. Most of the time, it is reactive to problem pertaining to it. While most companies attempted to comply to the legal and regulatory requirements, non has a plan to exceed the requirement to it advantage. I have no way of knowing if it's true, but the story beautifully captures the communications stall.Mr. DeMille spared no expense to part the Red Sea for his epic production of The Ten Commandments.
