Before You Start an Internet Business
Starting an online business can be a very exciting time in ones life. However, it is almost always done too fast and with not enough thought. Most people will purchase some e-books that will lead them in the wrong direction. This article will lead you in the right direction towards success on the internet. In order to do this you will need a website and some very key knowledge.Be careful not to fall into the trap that the advertisers have set. You will not need a very expensive package that will unlock all of the secrets for you. You will need to do lots of reading to get a grasp of how everything works. Simply reading articles like these and the authors personal blogs can be a great way to gather valuable information for free.First you will need to purchase a domain name. This should be catchy and similar to your sites subject. Try to go with the .com if possible. Next you will need to learn a little html to create your site. Many hosting providers offer a WYSIWYG (what
such extraterrestrial crafts are stored at Area 51. Including the one that crashed at Roswell in 1947. This must mean that the military has confiscated these crafts, perhaps after they were aggressively shot down, and were still salvageable in order to research their advanced technology, then conveniently used to develop our own upgraded aircrafts. In fact, there is one rumor that a few Soviet aircrafts are stored there (and it's classified how the military retrieved them!), or is this just another cover story to disavow whistleblowers who tell the public that extraterrestrial crafts are secretly concealed at Area 51?

Here's another kick in the teeth I discovered. Most of the reports I researched implied that Area 51 has been operated and owned by the US Air Force, at least that's what I was led to believe. A totally different report suggests that when Area 51 was first established, it was not an Air Force facility; neither was it connected to any branch of the military. Instead, Lockheed and the CIA were operating it, and supposedly Air Force pilots were hired by the CIA to work on this clandestine facility -- most likely to be test pilots for experimental aircrafts; alien, Soviet, our own, or otherwise. Is this bit of info true, or just more diversionary tactics to confuse us? Who’s actually taking credit for running this joint, anyway? And are they just going to deny it like they always do? Perhaps we will never know.

    Wal-Mart For President!
America seems locked into a continuous political campaign cycle. Just a few months ago the midterm elections ended. Now we are already watching 2008 presidential hopefuls trip over one another to declare their candidacy, start fundraising, and hurl political campaign slogans.Candidates are rushing forward claiming that they are the best person to solve the ills of American society, spinning facts to suit their agenda, promising everything under the sun to those that will vote for them and just generally giving all of us a big headache. Daily we are deluged with polls about who is ahead and what the eventual presidential match up will be come Election Day.Some of the candidates give me cause for a glimmer of hope. But most, to be honest, just scare the living bejesus out of me as they run about pimping less liberty for American citizens and some form of government control as the solution to America’s ills.I hold out hope that somehow a real candidate will not just rise to
The government has officially denied the existence of Area 51, which many conspiracy theorists have translated as meaning that it DOES in fact exist. So, they deny the denial! Hmmm. Sounds like some kind of weird reverse-psychology psychobabble. So, if the government says it doesn't exist, why does everyone else know that it does? Is the government that clueless? Sometimes I wonder. But obviously their lame bluff is fooling nobody. Because I think they know something. And they know that we know that they know something! So all they can do is deny it! But we turn around and deny that they deny something! Yikes! It's a ridiculous vicious circle.

Technically, the government has officially “declassified” the existence of Area 51, and this was declared in 1997. Does this mean it officially existed before this date, and that it officially doesn't exist now? Wait a minute! “Declassified” means to remove official security classification (according to good old Webster). Alright, folks, if that's the case, this must mean Area 51 did NOT exist before 1997, because it was too top-secret to be able to exist -- and so now it DOES exist, because it doesn't withhold secrets any longer. Right? Or perhaps it means its existence has now become totally obsolete, so it might as well not exist anymore. At least not the way we would like to remember it -- replete with absolute secrecy and cloak-and-dagger scenarios! Or perhaps we’re led to believe that all “classified” projects in this locality have ceased, or relocated elsewhere -- which really means they actually continue regardless of such official statements. One of their lame bluffs obviously. Is it possible that such ambiguous implications are just the ramifications of another sordid cover-up? Perhaps "declassified" really means “still classified!” Yikes! This can all get pretty confusing. I know I'm confused!

It's all too obvious that the reason Area 51’s existence has been so desperately denied by the government and military alike is because there have been numerous reports of top-secret research projects going on there, so to deny their existence, it follows that the government has to deny the very location where these covert undertakings are taking place. However, the US Air Force owns this nonexistent area where top-secret projects thrive that also don't exist. Don't be surprised, because this area also does not appear on any current public United States government maps -- because IT DOES NOT EXIST! However, it is a fact that the designation labeled as "Area 51" has been seen in much older maps. Yikes! Someone should have burned all those maps!

To be specific, I'm referring to maps of the Nevada Test Site, which evidently change their colors, so to speak, when classified operations suddenly pop up, so certain "areas" seem to magically disappear from newer NTS maps. Hmmm. Sounds fishy.

The reason for the number “51” is because this secret place is in grid number 51 of the Nevada Test Site that is found at the Nellis Air Force Range. In fact, there is an Area 19 and an Area 20. And of course there are numerous other areas we don't know anything about -- or that possibly don't really exist -- because they were probably "declassified." Which probably translates to "still classified." Sometimes I think the government purposefully redefines certain terminology and acknowledges the opposite meaning instead, to cover something up, thereby confusing us. Creating confusion is one of the government’s main objectives, let's not forget.

In 1958, the Nevada Test Site was divided into several numbered areas, one of which was officially designated as Area 51, which became famous over the years, due to Hollywood and numerous conspiracy theorists and various strange reports that may or may not be true. But you see, the “Area 51” designation was canceled sometime in the 1970s, reports oddly declare. Wait a minute! I thought they officially declassified it in 1997? How is that different from the designation being canceled? This is very suspicious and confusing, if not just inconsistent! I'm seriously starting to wonder what the heck is going on around here! Anyway, the name stuck regardless -- although the government has officially denied it. Go figure!

I suppose there's a small grain of truth to the government stating that Area 51 doesn't exist, if they officially dropped that special moniker. But I seriously think something still exists on that location no matter what it’s called, and if top-secret projects have existed there in the past, most likely they still do.

Alright, folks, if you sneak down to the southern end of Nevada to a large section of land right next to a dry salt flat known as Groom Lake, you’ll discover the nonexistent Area 51, where you'll find warning signs against trespassers declaring threats, such as, “USE OF DEADLY FORCE IS AUTHORIZED.” And you'll also be greeted by friendly uniformed security guards with M16s, because they are “authorized” to execute “deadly force” upon any intruders. So I would suggest that you don't actually go down there, or you'll get into hot water. But the very fact that security personnel will stop you with “deadly force” makes me think they are definitely hiding something.

Speaking of deadly force (to take a phrase and beat it like a dead horse), the airspace over Area 51 is considered absolutely restricted, which means all unidentified aircraft will be shot down, some reports say. Alright, if nothing is going on at Area 51, if it’s declassified, or defunct, or worse, it’s flat-out nonexistent, then why would you be shot out of the sky if you just happen to be flying overhead? Something stinks here.

Getting technical now, that legendary place we all know as Area 51 is presently called the Air Force Flight Test Center, Detachment 3, and it's off-limits to civilians and even certain military pilots, or virtually anyone snooping around -- because “deadly force” will be applied! Within this area is an airfield that some reports say is for highly classified research and development, such as the testing of advanced or experimental military aircraft. If you connect the dots, some of these aircrafts are possibly products of reverse-engineered alien technology via alien spacecrafts. Some reports declare that such extraterrestrial crafts are stored at Area 51. Including the one that crashed at Roswell in 1947. This must mean that the military has confiscated these crafts, perhaps after they were aggressively shot down, and were still salvageable in order to research their advanced technology, then conveniently used to develop our own upgraded aircrafts. The 4'Cs of Affiliate Marketing
If you currently run or are thinking about running your own affiliate program, then this article is for you. There are 4 major things that each and every affiliate program needs to have if it is to be a success. Luckily for me they all begin with C so it is easy to remember.Commission, Creative, Consistency, and CommunicationLet’s take a look at each one in turn. To the affiliate this is the correct order of importance when joining a program. However, as the affiliate program manager this needs to be slightly altered but we will get to that later!CommissionThe biggest differentiator to the affiliate is money. How much will they get paid for selling your product or service? How you structure this is really dependent on the type of product or service you are offering but really you have 3 options. Pay Per Sale, Pay per Lead or Pay Per Click. There are other options but to be honest these are the main ones. When deciding on what commissions to pay, be

How To Get Out Of Credit Card Debt
If you’re like the average person, let me warn you ahead of time about what I’m going to reveal in the next few paragraphs. You may be angry after you finish reading this article about how you’ve been misled in the use of credit card debt. The American economy is designed to make you work yourself to the point of exhaustion, only to build wealth for those very same companies you work yourself to death for – not for YOU!The most eye-opening example of this is with consumer debt. For example, if you purchase your home with a conventional mortgage, you’ll pay about THREE TIMES the amount over the life of the loan. Think about it this way. It’s like taking your monthly mortgage payment and tripling it, then sending it off to the bank. This is how much you will eventually pay back for the privilege of using their money. So you can see how two-thirds of the total amount you’ll pay your mortgage company is primarily INTEREST payments. Interest is pure profit for the mortgage companie

    Prospecting -The Importance of Repetition
When we talk about our BLITZ CALL® System for prospecting and making cold calls we say that it is easy to learn, simple to do, low key, repeatable, measurable, and effective. People seem to understand each of those characteristics except the word repeatable.Repeatability is important in virtually every skill that you practice. For example, in bowling, tennis, or golf you develop a form or delivery that puts the ball in the exact position you want it. Then you simply try to repeat that movement every time. When you take lessons your performance is judged on how well you do compared to that "perfect form." This makes life a lot easier for you because you don't have to try something new every time.We feel that the same rules should be applied to prospecting. Develop a system for making the cold calls and then simply do it over and over. When you have it down pat, you can then judge your performance by that standard. If things are not working like you want them to, you are proba

Are Debt Consolidation Mortgages the Best Solution for You?
When faced with stressful credit problems, it’s often all that you can do to just get by from day to day, let alone try to get a loan to keep your house. Credit troubles can cause a family to despair and often simply give up hope. Today, lenders specialize in helping families and individuals find sources to consolidate their debts and save their home.Once you have located a lender that you can work with, they will evaluate your three credit reports, and if the reports show defaults, they may be hesitant to offer you a loan. However, if the reports show that you have made an effort to clear up your outstanding debts, the lender may keep in mind that you had some financial troubles, but you are still making an effort to clear up your debts. Debt consolidation lenders are used to working with people with poor credit and financial issues, that’s their business in the first place. However, the disadvantage of debt consolidation lending is that many lenders will often offer borrowers loans with
