    Termination of Franchise Agreements
Why would any franchisor want to terminate a franchisee who pays royalties into the system, assists the franchisor in extending his brand name and helps the franchise system gain market share, growth and profitability? Indeed all good points to the question; why? Well often a franchise outlet is under performing, undermining the system or not accomplishing those objectives. It is for this reason as a franchisor and often feel

The karate man conquers the Sumo with a deadly strike at the weakest point of the body.

In business too, we need to mobilize all the energies and resources to focus at the weakest point to hit and win in the business war.

You need to know about the energies and resources and the weakest points.

I Hate My Job: Does This Sound Like Something You Say?
I hate my job.Do you find yourself saying this on a regular basis?Do you dread having to face another day at work?Do you sometimes wish you’d be fired or laid off just to escape your daily prison? If so, join the club. You might be surprised how many people spend years (and years and years…) staying in the same job that they hate.If you constantly say to yourself “I hate my job” then it’s time you
In real battle between two countries, the winner mobilizes more energy, troops, arteries, vehicles to calculated locations and forges them against the rival army in a technique to combat them at their weakest territories.

Now I wish to explain the word strategy, the ‘war management technique’ with another example.

    Karate Vs Sumo:

    Learn another war management technique!

    Karate:

He is an active teenage boy, tall and lean in structure. He wanted to learn a matching martial art of his choice. He went to a school of Karate and learnt the art of fighting in its unique style and manner. He is happy that the martial art is suitable to his body structure and its flexibility.

While practicing, he makes a hell of noise, up roaring right from his throat. He just brings all his energies from all parts of his body through the blood and nervous system. He tightens his muscles, forges its power, and brings it to the blade of his palm.

    Sumo:

Another hero is undergoing training in the Sumo school of martial arts. The man is stout, strong, and highly fit to get training in such a school. His muscles are large in all his body parts and structured to bear the push and pull of the opponent.

Let us see the clash between the heroes of both the schools of martial arts.

    Sumo-A Heavy Weight Wrestler:

The Sumo cultured hero is a wrestler, keeps his heavy body ready to push and hit on the opponent. He is ready to crush, squeeze, and give pain to the whole body of the challenger. He will pound and mash at a right time when the rival is vague and undecided in his attempt.

    Karate-A heavy Bluster:

The Karate black belt holder integrates his body muscles, concentrates his power into a single point. He has practiced to jump and fly in the air and turn his body to hit on the vulnerable points of the player. He knows the weakest points of a heavy muscular body, which cannot withstand a grave barbed strike of a karate hero.

    See The Movie:

Imagine and see this like a movie. It is a one to one fight that teaches us a war management technique.

    Energy Accumulation:

The tall and lean boy well practiced in Karate makes louder sounds and turns his body forceful with energies accumulated in the palm blade. He flies in the air finally brings down his palm blade heavily on the jugular vein in the neck region. The heavy blow crushes the weakest point of the pretender’s body and arrests the blood flow to the head and the brain. The mountainous muscle body falls down.

    In Division There is Opportunity
Unless companies adopt an holistic approach to security that focuses on building and fostering a culture of honesty and integrity, GAP’s will appear in their defenses and in their ability to perform their mission of selling their products and services. Once GAP’s are exposed, they can be exploited for the personal gain of the individual(s) exposing them. Once this occurs, the only question remaining will be; can you cope with the c

What Do You Want From Life?
The tragedy for millions of people is that they never decide what they want from life and make plans for it. Life will provide whatever we demand. Most of us don’t demand what we want but simply settle for what our job supplies. Too many jobs are dead-end with little room for advancement. Many don’t know what they want to do, so they drift through life with the hope that success will overtake them. Some still have n
