This concept is very difficult for most groups to grasp as they want to protect the business they already have and not open it up to others. I thoroughly understand the behavior but it makes it difficult to do your own business and look for leads for everyone else in the group.

    You may decide that you need a combination of a Power Team, an Alliance or two, and a leads group. This is not a bad idea as long as you make sure you have time to do the work and to service your customers. I prefer to work with all three as you can never tell where your new business will come from if not from your current customer base.
