1. First, You Need to Have a Vision for your Business.
- Where is it heading?
- How is your business impacting the lives of others?
- What plans do you have for your business to be a blessing to others?
- Very Important - what specific things, can you do to improve your business?
Next, you need to grab a pen and paper (or a keyboard and mouse) and write your vision down. Print it out and refer to it often.
