Your Dream of a Home Can Now Come True! utiful.Who doesn’t want to have a beautiful home? We always wish for a nice home with all modern amenities and we leave no stone unturned to fructify that objective. And then at times we fall into the pit of adverse credit history. But this does not mean all your dreams are shattered. With the advancement of time things have consequently changed for good. You can still owe your dream world as there are many lenders who provide mortgaging services. They are many lenders who are least bothered about your credit record. It’s an opportunity for the First Time Buyers also to buy their dream home. They should simply forget about their poor credit record. The first time buyer has benefits of paying low rate of interest and they can also enjoy making small monthly payments. At the beginning the borrower is required to pay a little amount, while the rest of the loan amount is forwarded by the lender. The home acts like as collateral for the lender. It should be noted here, if you fail to make repayments to the lender, he can repos *** "The Lord sustains all who fall, and raises up all who are bowed down" (Psalm 145:14); "The Lord is the One who holds his hand" (Psalm 37:24b); "Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arm He will gather the lambs, and carry them in His bosom" (Isaiah 40:11). How can our heart remain cold and so indifferent when we read--and know from experience --of the tenderness of our all-mighty God who loves that much! Jesus fell from weakness on the way to His death, so He knows about that, too. We are bowed down by infirmities of body, mind and spirit, but our caring God, with wounded hand, lifts us to His summit of holy wholeness. *** Years ago Leslie D. Weatherhead gave five talks on the will of God and they were made into a remarkable little book, The Will of God. In essence the book says that nothing falls outside the circle of Divine Providence: 1) the knowledge of God embraces it; 2) His power is sovereign over it; 3) His mercy holds it, creatively. Years ago I put together some thoughts to help us all through dark times. May you be lifted and blessed by these thoughts. Joy does indeed come in the mo[u]rning, and we have a Compensating God, of that I am sure!A probation period is a clause that employers typically include when extending a job offer to a new staff member. In my experience, the probation period is usually 3 months or 6 months in length although it could be longer. In most cases I’ve seen, a 3-month probation period is fairly standard. What does it mean to you in practice?Depending on local employment laws and policies of the company in question, the probation period is typically used to protect the employer if they hire someone who doesn’t work out as planned and they need to terminate the person.Typically, it usually means that the employer can terminate a new employee within the probation period with or without cause. It can also mean that certain things such as company medical benefits don’t kick in until the probation period is over. This can cause a bit of trouble if you rely on medical benefits – especially if you have a family – and are worried about leaving your current employer where you have paid medical benefits and are thinking about moving to a company where you’ll have to wait several months for the medical bene *** "God shall wipe away all tears" (Revelation 21:4). He shall gently brush them away with His own tears of empathy and sorrow. He is the Father of mercies and the God of comfort. The promise is that God shall, not that He simply may, erase the griefs that grip mind and heart and cause us to weep. The stings of death, the words that kill love, friendships gone sour, hopes that die, dreams that fade into some dark hole: these will be wiped away with a new beginning, for our robes have been washed in tears (Revelation 22:14) and we have a right to claim our inheritance as God's heirs. This is one of God's wills for us! *** "God is not so unjust as to forget your work..." (Hebrews 6:10). The discouraged need to know that God observes good works. His inspections take in the good as well as the bad. Any worthy parent knows that the child who is constantly harangued about his or her shortcomings will never give the best, and understandably so, for the child knows that the best will never satisfy simply because the parent is looking for the worst. How terribly sad! Let us remember that God's inspection considers the good things we do in relation to our capacities and our possibilities. He calls that very good that which we think much below our standard. *** "Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind..." (Job 38:1). Then--when his friends had spoken their broken pieces, when Job was at wit's end and had vented his grief and his utter despair at this God who was out to get him...then God spoke His Word to Job. God does not mistime any of His visits, whether for mercy or for judgment. Sometimes He has to come in a storm for us to notice the importance of the lesson He has for us. He does not come to crush or overwhelm us, but to make sense of our perplexing problem: "Come now," He implores, "let us reason together" (Isaiah 1:18). We are not alone in any storm of life. *** In Revelation 3:20 Jesus is presented as the guest of our heart: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me." How you get them interested in your services. When I was a small boy I lived in a house beside a river. It was quite natural that I took an interest in fishing. It didn’t take long to work out that a naked hook never caught a fish. So I developed a keen interest in baits. There was a damp patch in a nearby apple orchard which was good for worms. And maggots liked the compost heap. Stale bread never got thrown out in our house. I would moisten it in cold water and sprinkle it over the surface of my fishing ground to attract the fish. But it was a waste of time throwing bait into the fast flowing stream.
