Unsecured Loans - Strike A Right Deal h God.
You study His Word, meditate on it, until it sinks into your spirit and becomes real to you. It is planted on the good soil of you heart and yields a good harvest.
This is where pruning comes back into the picture:
Anything you put before God becomes an idol, a false God and severs you from the vine.
It interferes with your time with God.Unsecured loans are characterized by the absence of security and quick processing. Lenders do not ask for any security in case of unsecured loans. The processing of such loans also takes little time. This, in turn, expedites the whole loan process and enables you to meet your urgent requirements with ease.Since unsecured loans do away with the requirement of security, tenants find such loans tailor-made for them. Actually, the whole loan process works in a systematic manner. If you are a homeowner, you can provide your home as security to the lender. But, tenants cannot do this for the simple reason that they do not own a home. This brings them to a stage where they can opt only for unsecured loans or any other form of unsecured loan. So, if you are a tenant, opt for unsecured loans. For homeowners, both the options are open – secured or unsecured loans.Getting a right loan deal as per your financial status is very important. Otherwise, you may end up paying a lot more than desired. There are many lenders in the UK financial market who deal in unsecured loans. You should check with some good and reputed lenders and find the rate of interest applicable on unsecured loans. A comparative analysis of various loan deals will help you in locating a right loan deal. So, make some effort and get yourself the deal you deserve. You can use unsecured loans for a number of reasons, like debt consolidation, car purchase, holidaying, home improvement, etc. Some people who have several credit card and store card bills pending against their name may also take unsecured loans and use the proceeds to pay off their bills. This will help them save a lot of money, because credit card companies generally charge a higher interest rate in comparison to unsecured loans. Luke 14:25-33: “25. And great multitudes went with Him. And He turned and said to them, 26."If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. 27.And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. 28.For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it 29.lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all who see it begin to mock him, 30.saying, `This man began to build and was not able to finish. 31. What do we need to understand?
The Word is full of truths we need to understand, but today I want to talk about the truth of “Abiding in the vine” and why it is so important to you as an individual and to us as a Church.Ways To Keep Your Email Marketing Project A SuccessStay on top of your email marketing project by following the four tips discussed below. These tips will help your company avoid many key procedures most forget or ignore. You Must Have PermissionWhen viewers visit your site direct them towards receiving a subscription. Have them confirm and then confirm again. Allow for the second confirmation to be when their email gets listed in your database. This way the viewer is certain he/she want your emails. When choosing to send unsolicited emails you risk hurting your company, product and brand. This lowers the possibility your email will be opened and should be avoided completely.Make Certain It WorksAfter completing your email marketing site take yourself through it as if you were a subscriber. Do all the links work? Do they send you to the correct page? Are you clicking to many times? Is the content correct? Are the design and layout eye catching? These are all questions you must answer. It is seen as unprofessional and lowers credibility when simply things don’t operate properly.Have A Human Monitor Incoming MessageNow that you have set up and sent out your emails prepare for incoming messages from subscribers. Yes, this means even if you post “please do not respond to this email” people will click reply. Keep someone in your companies IT department readily available to check and respond emails containing feedback, comments or those wanting to unsubscribe. Your email marketing should be automated with little supervision. Check it every few days, but this should not be someone’s complete task.Clean Out Your ListYour company in time or rapidly will compile a large list of subscribers. Some subscribers will then become inactive, meaning they don’t o John 15:1-7: “ 1."I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.2. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 3.You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. 5.I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6.If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. 7.If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you” John 15:1-2: God is the vinedresser or the gardener. As Pastor Tony said in his sermon a few weeks ago, the term “takes away” really means “takes up”. In a vineyard, when a branch is not bearing fruit the gardener picks it up, props it up, supports it . He cleans it, waters it and positions it so that it can get the full sunlight and become able to bear fruit again. He does this in our lives when we as Christians have reached a place of barrenness. Jeremiah 31:3: “The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: "Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” Romans 2:4: “Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?” When you are not in the place you should be, It is the goodness of God that leads us to repentence. God is good and His mercy is everlasting! We need to get this into our spirits. “God will never put you so far down, you have no where but up to look.” We do this to ourselves, when we are out of fellowship with the Father, we open the door for Satan to attack us. But because He loves us so much, God lovingly positions us back into to the light of His glory and power so that we can be in the correct position to abide in the vine and bear fruit. John 15:2-3: He also prunes us, to bear more fruit. If a grape vine is leafing out too much it won’t bloom and develop grapes. If you don’t deadhead roses they will stop blooming. The same with us, we bear more fruit if the unnecessary fluff and foliage or the dead wood is cut away from our lives The interesting thing about this verse, is that Jesus is talking to His disciples. He is telling them that they are already pruned or cleaned by what He has already taught them by His Words. This is true, but it is an ongoing process. John 15:4-5: Abide - means to dwell in, remain in, to settle in for the long term! When you are reading these scriptures for yourself substitute “dwell in” for “abide in”. They may make more sense to you. A branch that is severed from the vine withers and dies. It may be lying right next to the vine, but it is not obtaining vital life from the vine, because it is not attached. If you are not born again, you are not attached to the vine of Jesus Christ and you will wither and die. It is a spiritual fact. When we are born again God’s spirit come in and abides in us. This is what Jesus means when He says, “He abides in us.” We are recreated with the life of God. God’s life is imparted to us. It is the Zo? life of God - all the life God has to give! The same God who spoke “let there be light” and the universe was created and is still expanding. The same God who said “let us make man in our own image” and created man out of the dust. The same God who reached down into the pit of hell and raised Jesus from the dead! That is the same God, His life, His creative force, His power that dwells in You! Sometimes I think we don’t really know what it is we have inside us. So, how do you abide in the vine? Joshua 1:8 “"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” Psalms 119:97 “Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day.” Psalms 119:147-148: “I rise before the dawning of the morning, And cry for help; I hope in Your word. My eyes are awake through the night watches, That I may meditate on Your word.” Romans 12:1-2: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” You abide in the vine by spending time, quality time with God. You study His Word, meditate on it, until it sinks into your spirit and becomes real to you. It is planted on the good soil of you heart and yields a good harvest. This is where pruning comes back into the picture: Anything you put before God becomes an idol, a false God and severs you from the vine. It interferes with your time with God. Luke 14:25-33: “25. In a vineyard, when a branch is not bearing fruit the gardener picks it up, props it up, supports it . He cleans it, waters it and positions it so that it can get the full sunlight and become able to bear fruit again. He does this in our lives when we as Christians have reached a place of barrenness.“The Money is in the List”You’ve probably read that statement or heard it thousands of times if you have been in, or even just exploring, the business of marketing on the internet for more than about a week. It’s clich?, but it’s also true. Long-term marketing success and profitability is much more likely with a good, strong, well-developed mailing list. It increases conversion rates and customer profitability through repeat sales opportunities, either directly or through affiliate commissions. With that said, the question then becomes how to build a good list. To do that, we need to think about the composition of a good mailing list. There are different ways names get on a list, and therefore they have different values as customers and prospective customers. Let’s go through them.Random Entries These are people who come to your list without any kind of filter or screen. Imagine just being given a list of names and email address of people which have nothing specific in common. Unless you’re a spammer (and I hope you aren’t) the value of this kind of list is practically zero. How do you promote and sell to these people? It’s a hit or miss prospect at best. You conversion ratio is going to be extremely low. That means your profitability per member of your list is going to be low as well.Lists of this kind are practically worthless. It amazes me that anyone would even think to develop one this way - perhaps by purchasing leads - but it happens.Subject Qualified The next step up the chain in terms of list member quality is the prospect that has been screened somehow based on the niche you operate in and the type of product or products you will be marketing to them. This sort of list is going to be much more responsive than one based on random inclusion. At least you know these people have an interest Jeremiah 31:3: “The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: "Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” Romans 2:4: “Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?” When you are not in the place you should be, It is the goodness of God that leads us to repentence. John 15:4-5:If you are thinking of buying a mp3 player there are many things that you should look into. There are many different brands and types of mp3 players available to you. You will want to get one within your price range, make sure that it holds a reasonable amount of songs for the price you are paying and you will also want to look into what features the player has. There are three categories when it comes to mp3 players. Flash based players, hard drive based players and mp3 CDs.Flash based players are the most compact players on the market. There is a memory chip built right in and there are no moving parts. These are perfect for joggers, and other people that move around a lot. These tend to be more costly than most other mp3 players because of it is based off of megabyte and storage.Hard drive based players use a 1.8 hard disk to store your music. The hard drive players can store a huge amount of music since most come with a 20 GB storage capacity. If you can’t seem to get enough music then the hard drive player is really good for you.Mp3 CD’s is where you burn your music onto a disc. So, how do you abide in the vine?Every Investment has got some level of risk associated with it. This risks ranges from low to high and the rate of return from the investment is directly proportional to the risk associated with it. That is, if you invest in a high-risk instrument, the rate of return is high and if your investment is in a low-risk instrument, then the rate of return on that investment is low.Shares and Mutual funds are now considered as best option for investment. Shares belong to high-risk investment category. Before starting investment in a particular share, you have to do a deep research on the company you are going to invest, its future plans and current performance. But in the long run, if the company is under performing, then the share price can come down resulting in a significant erosion of your total investment.Mutual funds are the next best option if you have a low-risk appetite. You can buy a Mutual Fund in units. Instead of you directly managing your funds, the Mutual fund company does all the buying and selling of shares through its Fund managers on your behalf. Fund managers are experienced professionals who are appointed by the Mutual fund company to look after your investment. He manages your investment carefully during turbulent economic upheavals. The performance of a Mutual fund is reflected on its Net Asset Value. This is commonly known as NAV. If the NAV of a unit is more than the NAV at which you bought the unit, you can book profit or wait for some more appreciation on your investment. If the NAV is less than the rate at which you bought the unit, then you are in a loss. You can wait till the time NAV reaches above the NAV at which you bought the units.Visit http://www.giftsspace.com Joshua 1:8 “"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. You study His Word, meditate on it, until it sinks into your spirit and becomes real to you. It is planted on the good soil of you heart and yields a good harvest.
This is where pruning comes back into the picture:
Anything you put before God becomes an idol, a false God and severs you from the vine.
It interferes with your time with God.Adjustable mortgage rates today are perhaps one reason for the booming real estate business. People are literally bombarded with advertisements proclaiming the lowest adjustable mortgage rates through literally every kind of media available. Younger people, who are just starting or entering into their mid-careers, are lured by the adjustable nature of the mortgages and don?t think twice before jumping on the bandwagon.Adjustable rate mortgages are based on the money market index, which decides whether your payment goes up or down through the life of the mortgage, depending on various economic factors. They are unlike fixed mortgage rates, where you need to pay a fixed amount throughout the life of the loan. In case you go in for an adjustable rate mortgage and if the rate of interest were to go down, your repayment will go down and vice-versa.Adjustable rate mortgages mostly come with a cap, which decides the maximum amount a rate can change at one given point of time. The maximum amount can vary from the original rate over the life of the loan. This is where adjustable rate mortgages are considered a risky proposition. Market conditions are never easily predictable, especially over a long period of time. With repayment terms increasingly getting longer, sometimes even as long as 30 years as in the case of housing loans, one can never be sure what will happen down the line. Therefore it is necessary to take into consideration several factors before going in for adjustable rate mortgages.Several lenders also offer something known as conversion option. This option allows you to convert your adjustable rate mortgage to a fixed rate mortgage, during a future point of time. Check whether your lender offers this option because it is a good thing to go for, in case the interest rates begin to rise. 31. Or what king, going to make war against another king, does not sit down first and consider whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand? 32.Or else, while the other is still a great way off, he sends a delegation and asks conditions of peace. 33.So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple.” We are to forsake everything and take up our cross and follow Him, The cross is not a burden to bear, but a tool, to be used to crucify the dead flesh. But you have to consider the cost as the builder did and the King going to war. If you are not willing to give it your all, give God all of you, you will fail, and be mocked by the world. Your desire to abide in the vine must come before you Husband, your children, your job, your home, your family, your hobbies, everything! Romans 9:13: “As it is written, "Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated.'' Hate meaning the rightful aversion of wrong doing or iniquity. God hates sin and cannot look upon it. He loved Jacob because he chose God rather than the world, He made the correct sacrifice, while Esau chose the flesh. He sold his birthright for a bowl of stew, then did not make the correct sacrifice. He chose the easy world’s way, not God’s way, and so therefore was severed from the vine. Abiding in the vine is walking in obedience. I think this is why many Christians fail in their walk, they don’t consider what needs to be done and then what it will cost. When you are serious about God , He will get serious with you. God will show you what in your life needs changing and what you need to get rid of, so that you can spend more time with Him. You will find that as you grow nearer to God each day, your desires and interests will change. The things you found interesting aren’t that interesting anymore. You will be more aware of what you feed your spirit everyday. When you recognize the areas you need to get rid of, and you nail them to the cross, you have to be very serious. It cannot be halfhearted! James tells us that the doubleminded man will receive nothing from God. God will lovingly show us what is important and what is not, and it is up to us to listen and obey, and to cut away the deadwood or fluffy foliage. You abide in the vine, Jesus and He abides in you. You settle in for the long term with Jesus and He will settle in for the long term with you, you dwell in, live in Jesus and He will dwell in and live in you. This is a vital point. Jesus stresses it twice in these verses. John 15:5-7: If we do not abide in him, we cannot bear fruit. In fact, Jesus says that without Him we can do nothing.. We will not bear fruit, if we do not have Jesus in our heart, God’s life in us and we are abiding in the vine daily. Just as a small bud draws vital nourishment from the vine into the branch, so we draw vital nourishment from the Word of God. One of the reasons for our existence is for fellowship with the Father and Jesus our Lord, to bear fruit and bring Glory to God. One will always lead to the other. If you fellowship faithfully, honestly and completely with God the Father through Jesus our Lord, you will always bear fruit. But it takes time, it will not happen overnight. Just as a new blossom does not become fruit overnight, You as a believer will not mature overnight. Many times we hinder ourselves from successfully abiding in the vine. How?? By our confessions: We are snared by the words of our mouth. (Proverbs 6:2) Paul tells us in Romans 3:13 that our mouths are open tombs. We speak nothing but death and unbelief out of our mouths. Have you ever heard yourself saying: “I don’t have enough time to study.” “I have too much on my plate right now.” “By the time I get home from work, cook supper, get the kids settled it is so late….” “I’m not a morning person, I don’t wake up until I have at least 2 cups of coffee…” “ It is really hard for me to understand the Bible, it doesn’t make sense to me.” We have all said this or something similar in the past. Now it is time for our confessions to line up with the Word of God. If you feel you don’t have time to spend with God, ask Him to show you how to arrange your schedule so you can… It will take sacrifice on your part, it will not be easy. If you are having trouble understanding the Word, ask God to give you wisdom. James 1:5-7: “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;” Ask God and He will give it to you, but you really have to mean it. You seek God with all you heart, you gain understanding and then you grow spiritually. Then you will bear fruit. What Kind of Fruit do we bear? We bear many fruits, but I am only going to address one today. That is the fruit of a productive powerful prayer life. When you spend time abiding in the vine, you come to know what the Word of God says, what the Promises of God are. You realize you are a joint heir with Jesus and share in His inheritance. (Romans 8:17.) You have to become hungry for God, actually I believe we have to be starving for God and the things of God! You have to be so deprived of God and His Word that nothing else will satisfy, then you will truly abide in the vine fully and
