Receivables Factoring - How To Finance Your Business Using Your Invoices as Collateral
Obtaining business financing has always been challenging for small and mid size company owners. Traditional sources of financing, such as venture capital companies, angel investors or banks, provide financing that is hard to obtain and usually takes weeks - or months - to set up.Angel investors and venture capitalists, although more generous than banks, only provide capital if you are willing to give them an ownership stake in your company. Usually a big one too. Banks don't demand an ownership stake. Instead, they will only lend you money if your company can show a three-year track record of profitability and if your personal credit record is spotless. But, what if you don't want to give up ownership and if you don't meet banking requirements? There is an option that is growing in popularity - and it provides you with easy to obtain financing. It's called accounts receivable factoring. Factoring is an ideal tool for companies whose biggest challenge is that they cannot afford to wait 30 to 60 days to get paid by customers. By factor
ere at the time of the Prophet’s death, would we A) Attend his burial and namaz-e-janaza or B) Attend a meeting to figure out who will become Khalifa.

Obviously we would go to the funeral of the Prophet SAW, BUT BUT BUT my dear brothers and sisters, according to Sunni records the Khalifa’s NEVER attended the funeral of the Prophet because they were too busy making important decisions about the future of Islam that they did not attend the funeral of Hazrat Muhammad SAW. And to think that Sunni Hadees called these men the true lovers of the prophet, or maybe was it that these Hadees were added once they came into power…. (Hmmmmm???) that’s a thought to ponder…

Asalamo Aliakum Dear respected Brothers and Sisters,

What I am about to write is highly controversial but at the exact time objective and the foundation from which we have to observe Islam to understand the division of the Umaat (Followers of Islam). I want to apologize in advance for offending anyone’s religious standing and or perspective, but at the same time one must understand and respect my freedom of speech and expressions. This I began in the name of Allah the most beneficent, compassionate, and merciful.

There is absolutely no doubt the mind of any Muslim about the qualities of Hazrat Muhammad SAW. Everyone seems to agree that he was the most pious, pure, and perfect image of a devout Muslim. There is undoubtedly no dispute as to his holiness or his infallibility by either sect of Islam. All Muslims love and cherish Hazrat Muhammad SAW in the highest possible regards.

The corruption of Islam follows right after the event of the Ghadeer-e-Khum, When we look at Ghadeer-e-Khum as recorded in the Sunni Hadees compilation of Sahi Muslim and Sahi Bukhari, we find the following:

I leave behind me two things, the Quran and the Ahle-Bhet (People of my Household/Progeny of Muhammad), and if you follow these you will never go astray.

“O Allah! You also may witness.” ‘O my people! Allah is my Mawla (Master) and I am Mawla (Master) of the faithful and I have superior right on and control over their lives. And this Ali is the Mawla (Master) of all those of whom I am Mawla (Master). O Allah! Love him who loves him and hate him who hates him.”

    Bukhari volume 5, Book 59 Number 637

    Muslim Volume 2 Number 362

Immediately after the Prophet (S) finished his speech, the following verse of Holy Quran was revealed:

“Today I have perfected your religion and completed my bounty upon you, and I was satisfied that Islam be your religion.” (Quran 5:3)

See now lets examine the backdrop to Ghadeer-e-Khum.

Ghadeer-e-Khum, was the meeting place of all Muslims after the Hajj Pilgrimage, Prophet SAW declared that it was his last Hajj, he declared Ali as Mawla which translates roughly as Lord or Master. He then clearly said that any enemies of Ali will be the enemies of the Prophet and Allah, proving that Ali was on the path of righteousness and justice and that the Prophet SAW and Allah themselves were with Ali.

Now what is even more interesting is the Quran Aiyat 5:3. Which clearly shows that once the prophet told the entire Umaat that he will be passing away, and appointed Ali as the Mawla (Master) and friend of Prophet and Allah, at that point the religion of Islam was COMPLETE. So according the Quran, ISLAM was incomplete up until the Prophet announced ALI as MAWLA. This is agreed by both sides and there are no refutes to this claim.

Now all this is written very clearly in the SUNNI Hadees compilation known as Sahi Bukhari and also recorded in the Sunni Hadees compilation book of Sahi Muslim. So undoubtedly this NOT some Shia made-up Hadees.

So now that we all have a clear understanding of Ghadeer-e-Khum, what happened there, and also what SUNNI Hadees has records of and what the Quran stated after the announcement of Imam Ali as Mawla (Lord/Master).

Now what we have to do is fast forward to the deathbed of the prophet. Where we find that Ali and Fatima are at his side weeping and praying for his health. Where are the revered Sahaba? Should they not be at the side of the prophet at his last hours in this world? Hmmm, so where were they?

So according Sunni Hadees again, we find that the Sahaba were gathered at “SAQIFA” a small hut on the outskirts. They were congregating on the leadership of Islam and on the succession of power of the newly created empire that was Islam. Some of the most notable attendees of this conference were Abu Baker, Omar, and Usman. Ali did NOT attend the conference at SAQIFA nor was he informed about this congregation, and regardless Ali was occupied with the burial and funeral of the Prophet, which he did with close family and friends.

So now we must ask ourselves a question as Muslims, if we were there at the time of the Prophet’s death, would we A) Attend his burial and namaz-e-janaza or B) Attend a meeting to figure out who will become Khalifa.

Effective Presentations - The Voice
The voice is probably the most important tool of the presenter. It carries most of the content that the audience takes away. One of the oddities of speech is that we can easily tell others what is wrong with their voice, e.g. too fast, too high, too soft, etc., but we have trouble identifying and adjusting our own voices. There are three main qualities when we talk about vocal abilities:Volume: How loud the sound is. The goal is to be heard without shouting. Good speakers lower their voice to create anticipation and draw the audience in. They will raise it to emphasize a point.Tone: The characteristics of a sound. A tuck has a different sound than leaves being rustled by the wind. A voice that carries fear or intimidation can frighten the audience, while a voice that carries laughter or light-heartedness can get the audience to smile.Pitch: How high or low a note is. From personal experience, a high pitched voice tends to command less attention from the audience.Pace: This is how long a sound lasts. Talking too fast ca

Simple Articles Sell; Article Marketing Tip
Super long articles do not sell as well as simple articles and most online article authors and article marketers need to know this fact if they wish to remain successful in the online endeavors. The fact is that; Simple Articles Sell and that is your Article Marketing Tip of the Day.Recently this topic was looked at in great detail by a few of the Top Online Article Marketers. Audrey Okaneko stated; articles can be as simple as one thought expanded. Your goal with articles is to convey one idea not cover the entire topic from start to finish. This is indeed correct and too many online article authors forget this fact. If you are truly attempting to use articles to market your website it makes sense to keep your articles simple and sweet and to the point. Trying to write a 3000 word essay defeats the purpose and besides Internet Surfers and not Inter-Nesters and they do not come to stay for hours on one page deciphering the ancient text. They want the information quick and they want it now.If the article is too long the chances of th

Now after the passing of the Prophet, his daughter Fatima cried so much that there is Sunni accounts that the Sahaba ask Ali to tell her to stop crying for they could NOT sleep at night. Now about this time Abu Baker becomes Caliph and it is 6months after the death of the Prophet of Islam.

He orders his men led by Omar to bring Ali to him by force, they raid the house of Ali and Fatima burn down the door and kill Fatima (daughter of Rasul-Allah) and her unborn son Mohsin in her womb. She soon dies from internal bleeding.

Now the prophet used to called Fatima his only daughter, “Kuratul Anne” The coolness of my eyes, and he loved her dearly. How do you think the prophet would feel had he been alive when Khalifa Abu Baker and Khalifa Omar murdered his daughter. How would you feel if your two best companions killed your only daughter. Hmmmmmm….???? another deep thought to ponder…

Now the Khilafat just murdered Fatima ibn Muhammad SAW, and imprisoned Ali ibn Abi Talib in their dungeons. This is the same Ali that the Rasul called Mawla (Master) for us all as Muslims. What is our master doing imprisoned by the Khalifa Abu Baker??? Did not the Prophet clearly say that the enemies of Ali would be the enemies of ALLAH… according to the record in Shai Bukhari? Yes it did…

So when Khalifa Abu Baker imprisoned Ali with the help of Omar and Usman, did he not just become the enemy of Ali and therefore the enemy of the Prophet, and therefore the enemy of ALLAH?

Was this not the same Ali that upon the Prophets declaration of him as MAWLA the Quran states: That Islam became complete?

Then why is ALI NOT being able to do his job as the leader of Islam and as the master and lord of the Umaat. Hmmmm??? Maybe because he is imprisoned by Khalifa Omar & Abu Baker…

So now let's ask ourselves this, Khalifa Abu Baker, along with the help of Khalifas Omar & Usman imprisoned Ali becoming the enemies of Ali, Muhammad SAW, and Allah himself. So aren’t the enemies of Allah KAFIRS? So even if these Sahaba did great things during the life of the Rasul for which he gave them rewards, does that in essence mean that NOW they are incapable of doing wrong?

So now that they obviously have become the enemies of Ali, Muhammad, and Allah. Aren’t they at THIS point considered KAFIRS, because all enemies of ALLAH are Kafirs. But see I am putting this together only through a SUNNI Hadees of Ghadeer-e-Khum, I have NOT once used a Shia Hadees. I have only been speaking through the light of the SUNNI Hadees and the Holy Quran.

So now it's very clear to see that the Khilafat was a system created by MAN and NOT ALLAH. It was created by men who were close SAHABA of the Prophet, but all the Sahaba did was murder and oppression which can be seen in the following cases.

Caliph Abu Baker, Omar, & Usman: Murder of Fatima daughter of Muhammad SAW and imprisonment of Ali.

Caliph Mu’awiyah: Murder of Imam Ali and Imam Hasan (Grandson of Prophet).

Caliph Yazid: Murder of Imam Hussein (Grandson of Prophet).

So now one must ask, why would anyone follow Murderers and Oppressors? Well the clear reason is A) Out of fear of ones own life or B) If they gain from the oppression.

The point is brothers and sisters, that Imam ALI was the righteous successor of Islam after the Prophet, and according to Sunni Hadees he was declared Mawla (MASTER/LORD) and the religion of Islam was complete once he was declared Mawla. Those who went against him became the enemies of Allah and on the day of judgment we want to be with those who Allah is happy with not with those of whom Allah is Angry with.

    Walaykum Salaam.
