They say these things because of lack of faith, and belief, in the word of God.

Thirdly Teachers, The rules for ordination of teachers is the same as the works of government and Ministers. But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. (2Ti 2:23-26) Teachers are, again, called to service. The teachers are taught by the Ministers, and the Holy Spirit.

The workers of Miracles. Not as ordained, but called by God. This help is shown by, act and deed. But the Pastor must be sure of the spirit that is doing the work, for we can be deceived. Prove the spirit, that it be of God. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, (1Jn 4:2-3) Miracles aid in proving the validity of the Church, just as the speaking of tongues. Many are for the believer, and others are for the unbeliever.

The gifts of healings. The gifts of the spirit are many, and do great work within the Body of the Church. Many of these gifts can be asked for, and if found worthy, you shall receive them. There are two different types of healing, the Physical and the spiritual. The physical, again, proves the power, or validity of the Church Body and the Spiritual helps maintain the resolve of the individual.

Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness. (Rom 12:6-8) The Holy Ghost divides to every man Separately; distinctly; apart from others, The gifts within the Church., at His will.

Helps. The helpers, within the Church, are just as it says, Helpers. These individuals help the Deacons and Elders, with the upkeep, and maintenance of the Building. It is also their duty to God, and the Membership, to seek out those that are lost, inviting them to the church, to learn about Jesus.

Governments, Administrations, and Operations. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. (1Co 12:5-11)
