How to Create and Sustain Optimal Performance Throughout Your Organization
There are two sides to optimal performance. One side deals with structures, processes and procedures, tools and measurement. This side deals with management of "hard" objective data: facts, figures, charts, etc. that can be examined and "seen."The other side of optimal performance has to do with attitude, creativity, commitment, buy-in and self-discipline. This "softer," intangible side deals with leadership: when leadership is present, t

We may not have liked her looks when she was heavy or her mouthy words but, Anna Nicole Smith has always seemed to me to be a child caught in a woman's voluptuous body; no one taking her seriously for what was in her head...only for what they could get or take from her, and/or only for what her body could give them as an eyeful of pleasure & fondling; it disgusts me.

I believe, like Marilyn Monroe, she was a person who had a lot to give from her heart but was never seen for anything else other than for her sex appeal; a person of insecurity & of loneliness, yet full of wild energy and fun which she found necessary to fill the many voids within her life. It's a tragedy that Anna Nicole's daughter will never know her mother's true spirit, the song in her voice or the touch of her mother's hands. Instead, Dannielynn will forever be haunted by the negative viewpoints of the media and through those who never really new Anna Nicole Smith at all, but knew only of Anna Nicole's sexual escapades or irresponsible, nonconformist actions. In this tragedy, I grieve for all the families involved and I grieve for Anna Nicole, who will never have the chance to speak for herself.

One day, people will realize that some have to survive in the best way that they know how; it's the survival of the fittest. In my mind, Anna Nicole Smith was a little girl who married as a child trying to take care of a child (her son, Danny), when she knew all too little of how to be responsible even for herself, and knew too little of what life was about or how to survive in it. It seems to me that Anna Nicole did the best that she knew how in earning an income, becoming a wife & mother, raising a child, obtaining a career, dealing with the public with her own insecurities amidst sexual harassment, weight gain, drug & alcohol abuse and, then amongst personal angst with the marriage to an older man whose private, personal business was none of anyone else's concern; (it was most likely the best year in the life of J. Howard Marshal II)! And, with the wisdom of an older man and father figure, I believe he gave her the support that she may have needed. Nicole Smith was surely coddled, but well-loved by this man, and perhaps grew a bit herself as she coped with his life, his death, his family & through the glaring, microscope-eyes of others, all while enduring public scorn and scandal, countless lawyers & court cases against her, and ultimately coping with the loss of her beloved child while celebrating the birth of another. It is hard to live, hard to cry and harder still to gather one's wits when one is always within the limelight and the scrutiny of the public.

The popularity of video on the Web these days opens up new ways to profit from Google AdSense.I assume you know what Google AdSense is. If not, AdSense refers to those little Google ads that you see on many Web pages. If you have a Web site, you can sign up for an AdSense account and have similar ads appear on your own pages. Personal Development
The use of personal development is something that I cannot stress about enough. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. If we define insanity by these terms, then there are definitely a lot of crazy people out there because they constantly do the same thing day after day expecting something different to happen. Furthermore, they have the nerve to complain and cry about it

Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.

I applaud her genuine perseverance for the things within her life that she was forced to fight for, including fame, fortune and fun! (But, even in the little that I have come to know about her, it also seems to me that she never forgot where she came from or her friends, either); May she finally rest in peace. Pamela Honea
