We were coming out of a restaurant, laughing and chatting happily, when my friend pointed with great astonishment, to what seemed to be some ‘scene’, worth taking a look. With all of the interest rate talk these days at the water cooler, it seems that everyone knows where the interest rates are going except for the Federal Reserve. We aren't the first people to think maybe games are getting out of hand.
