Private dental school’s management is hiring staff for showing their fulfillment of staff requirements on official records.(The proof of this fact can easily seen in the area where these staffs running their private clinic on full time basis.). Quakes are openly playing with the life of patients. Some are literally operating patients on foot path. If the highest regulating body for this profession is mum for such situation when proof for this can be provided by any dentist, so what is the future of Indian dentistry.Even Indian Dental Association in certain states is not functioning properly and their activities are limited to do conferences and C.D.E. programs.
