In this press release they alerted media sources and the Industry of the phase in period of these new regulations in franchising, unfortunately the rules and regulations are still too restrictive and burdensome.

    Indeed, it appears that after 10-years of input from the Franchising Industry on potential rule changes, not very much has actually changed other than the separation of the Business Opportunities from the Franchise Industry.
