    Interesting that bureaucracy and the problems it causes have been written about so far back as 1600 BC; sound familiar and still today what do we see? Surely human societies and civilizations have had enough of this already, but still today it is ever present even in the United States, the greatest civilization ever created in the written recorded history of mankind.

    If human societies and civilizations cannot learn from these problems of the past then we will continue to relive these as challenges in our future. We need to do something about this and we ought to start now.
